Race 1 - GOLDBET WE BET BETTER MAIDEN PACE  1850M

Light Up Lovey was unable to hold the lead, losing that position near the 1600 metres.

Buckleup successfully challenged for the lead, taking over near the 1600 metres.

Melton Schleger led the one wide line prior to gaining a one out one back trail near the 1350 metres.

Studleigh Red worked forward three wide to take over the position leading the one wide line near the 1350 metres. Gained a one out one back trail near the 1200 metres. Gave ground from the 350 metres.

Kingsbury raced four wide around the first turn then three wide with a trail to the 1350 metres prior to working forward three wide to take over the position leading the one wide line near the 1350 metres.

Nite Irene hung and broke stride near the 1600 metres. Having considered the filly’s recent recent race record Stewards ordered her stood down from racing until she completes a satisfactory requalifying trial.

Air Born commenced a three wide run without cover from a rearward trailing position near the 800 metres.

Race 2 – NEW GOLDBET REWARDS 2 WINS PACE    1850M

True Origins withstood an early challenge for the lead. 

Financial Burden lead the one wide line prior to gaining a one out one back trail with 2 laps (1400 metres) to travel. Commenced a three wide run from the 600 metres.

Enzed Flyer raced three wide before being restrained to a one out one back position approaching the first turn. Three wide one back from the 600 metres.

Shes Classy NZ worked forward three wide to take over the position leading the one wide line with 2 laps to travel. Commenced to tire from the 450 metres to be beaten in excess of 79 metres – placed on its last chance to race competitively.

Ollie One Shot was three wide two back from the 600 metres.

Kiwi Royalty broke stride shortly after the start was effected – placed out of the draw in mobile barrier races.

Shezamaterialgirl was held up and checked behind a tiring runner near the 400 metres.

Race 3 - GOLDBET GET THE GOLD PACE      1850M

Charlevoix tired over the concluding stages to be beaten in excess of 63 metres - placed on its last chance to race competitively.

Fantasy Blaster pulled hard in the score up. Issued an unsuccessful challenge for the lead until being restrained to take up the position behind the leader near the 1300 metres.

Chanceless Century 

Major Tralee’s driver Matt Elkin was reprimanded under the provisions of AHRR163(1)(c)(i) for allowing his inside sulky wheel inside marker pegs entering the home straight.

Charlie Chuckles commenced a there wide run from a rearward position near the 800 metres.

Littledee broke free of interference near the 750 metres – placed on its last chance to race truly.

Saint Louis Beat was caught racing wide for the first 700 metres prior to being restrained to the rear of the field.

Race 4 - KEITH AND KAREN SNEDDON PACE            1850M

For Our Delight withstood a strong early challenge for the lead.

My Secret Beach issued a strong unsuccessful early challenge for the lead prior to gaining a one out one back trail with 2 laps (1400 metres) to travel. 

Night Ninja issued a strong early three wide challenge for a forward position prior to taking over the position leading the one wide line with 2 laps (1400 metres) to travel.  

Our Little Skipper was three wide one back from the 800 metres.

She Owns The Day had a tendency to over race throughout the middle stages.

Royal Studleigh’s driver Taleah McMullen was reprimanded under the provisions of AHRR163(1)(c)(i) for allowing her inside sulky wheel inside marker pegs near the 450 metres.  

Vincent Time commenced a three wide run from a rearward position near the 800 metres.

Race 5 – SAME RACE MULTIS WITH GOLDBET PACE            1850M

Snack Time Rocks commenced to give ground from the 400 metres – no action taken due to the significant margins and fast race time.

Tungsten Terror led and set a very strong pace throughout. 

My Ultimate Heston commenced to give ground from the 400 metres – no action taken due to the significant margins and fast race time.

Schooby commenced to give ground from the 400 metres – no action taken due to the significant margins and fast race time.

Perfect Feeling commenced to give ground from the 400 metres – no action taken due to the significant margins and fast race time.

Roseanne Ruby worked forward to lead a distant one wide line. Tired from the 400 metres to be beaten in excess of 107 metres. Taking into account the significant margins and race time Stewards placed the mare on her last chance to race competitively.

Race 6 - NEW GOLDBET REWARDS PACE     1850M

Shereacts had a tendency to over race whilst leading the one wide line throughout.

Mufasa Bart broke shortly after the start was effected – placed out of the draw in mobile barrier races. Failed to gain a clear run to the finish – not fully tested.

Balboa Shannon was caught racing three wide for the first 350 metres whilst being restrained to a rear ward trailing position. Three wide one back from near the 600 metres.

Artistic Saint failed to gain a clear run to the finish – not fully tested.

Studleigh Mark commenced three wide run from a midfield trailing position near the 600 metres. 

Geldof failed to gain a clear run to the finish – not fully tested.

Race 7 – GOLDBET WESTERN STAR CONSOLATION PACE  2200M

Shiralee withstood a strong early challenge for the position leading the one wide line.

Shes In Line NZ issued a strong unsuccessful challenge for the position leading the one wide line. Broke gait near the 1800 metres whilst being strongly restrained towards a rearward trailing position – placed on its last chance to race truly.

Glenledi Commander NZ pulled hard in the score up and throughout the early/middle stages of the race.

Race 8 - 2024 GOLDBET THE WESTERN STAR PACE 2200M

Tomahawk Bart shifted out under pressure in the run to the finish hindering and advantaging other runners. Driver Nathan Dawson fined $200 under the provisions of AHRR162(1)(www), Mr Dawson having been found guilty. Details of the charge were that, in the run to the finish, he allowed or failed to make sufficient effort to prevent Tomahawk Bart from shifting out inconveniencing other runners and advantaging another.

Allmighty Max led the one wide line prior to gaining a one out one back trail near the 1700 metres. 

Im Boo NZ worked forward three wide to take over the position leading the one wide line near the 1700 metres.

Its One Life NZ was caught racing three wide throughout.

Magicol Ideal NZ was held up for clear running until attempting to shift out from behind the leader approaching the finish however, the gelding was hindered when the leader shifted out under pressure.

Always Locksley broke for a short distance early in the score up.

Mister Fonzi raced four wide around the final turn. Approaching the finish the leader shifted out causing the runner to its outside to shift out and tighten the ground of Mister Fonzi which contacted that runner’s wheel and suffering an inconvenience as a result.  

Madrigal NZ was five wide around the final from a rearward position.

Race 9 - THANK YOU JOHN BALLIN PACE     1850M

Woodlea Diego NZ tired over the concluding stages to be beaten in excess of 90 metres – placed on his last chance to race competitively. A post race veterinary failed to reveal any abnormalities.

Feelin Flirty was caught racing three wide early prior to being restrained to the rear of the field.
