Race 1 - PETER & JULIE MCKAY MAIDEN PACE (SKY 1) 1850M
ALWAYSMISSINGYOU - Fractious in the score up
LENNYS GIRL - Fractious in the score up. Raced roughly after the start and a warning was issued. Gave ground over the concluding stages and was beaten 87.8m Connections were advised the overall performance of Lennys Girl was below the standard required and subsequently placed on its last chance to race competitively.
STUDLEIGH ANNE – Fractious in the score up.
GLENEAGLE HUNTER - Hung in under pressure and gave ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 88.6m. Connections were advised the overall performance of Gleneagle Hunter was below the standard required and subsequently placed on its last chance to race competitively.
LUSTRE –Out of position at the start, a last chance in the draw was placed on the filly. Caught wide in the early stages of the event before being restrained to a rearward trailing position.
GETAGRIP –Commenced a three wide move approaching the 1300m working forward around the 800m.
MAIARA –Reinstated back in the barrier draw for races conducted under mobile start conditions after satisfying QRIC requirements with two successful consecutive mobile starts.
Race 2 – DARLING DOWNS @ WARWICK NOVEMBER 10 PACE 1850mf
STARS OF AMERICA - Having not started in a race since 3rd January 2024 and in accordance with QRIC guidelines the gelding was examined before and after the race by the veterinarian which revealed no apparent abnormalities. Hung in and sulky wheel went inside a marker peg on the final turn a warning was issued.
TUFFY - Driver suspended 14 days - AHR Rule 165(1)(b)

The drivers license of Noel Parish (Tuffy) was suspended for a period of 14 days for tightening the ground Chakana (Amanda Payne) resulting in interference on the turn out of the front straight on the first occasion. Mr Parrish pleaded guilty to the offence. Stewards took into account his guilty plea and recent driving record. (AHR Rule 165(1)(b). The suspension will commence midnight Monday 7th October.

THE REAL VANESSA - Driver fined AHR Rule 156(1)(y)
CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN – Over raced throughout the event. Sulky wheel inside marker post on the final corner. Driver reprimanded AHR Rule 163(1)(c)(ii)

Driver Peter Greig was fined the sum of $150 under AHR Rule 156(1)(y) for exceeding the time allowed in the first half of 66 seconds in accordance with the QRIC policy for minimum time standards for sections of a race.
Driver Nathan Rothwell reprimanded AHR Rule 163(1)(c)(ii) for allowing his sulky wheel to go inside marker post on the final occasion
Race 4 - DIGITAL SIGNAGE COMING TO MARBURG PACE 1850M
SHE DAZZLES - Raced without cover throughout the event. Gave ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 79.3m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significate findings. Connections were advised the overall performance of She Dazzles was below the standard required and subsequently placed on its last chance to race competitively.
BEYONSKI - Driver reprimanded AHR Rule 162(1)(j)
MANY DELIGHTS - A pre and post-race veterinary examination was conducted by the veterinarian due to the gelding being 12 years of age. Both examinations revealed no apparent abnormalities. Gave ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 73.7m. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory and as a previous warning was issued on the gelding, Many Delights was stood down pending one satisfactory stewards trial. NO FAMILY LIKEMINE - Hung in the score up and broke as the start was effected. Connections were advised the gelding will be placed out of the draw in future mobile starts. Hung in and sulky wheel inside marker post on turn out of back straight on final occasion and a warning was issued.

BOAK - Worked forward in the early stages to race outside the leader. Gave ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 51.9m. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory and as a previous warning was issued on the gelding. Boak was stood down pending a satisfactory stewards trial.
