Race 1 - STEVIE REDBACK PEST CONTROL PACE 1780M
Driver C. Butler was substituted as the driver for Magic Nitro in this event as driver P. McMullen was delayed due to personal circumstances.
HEAVENS BABY – The offside sulky wheel was contacted entering the home turn when Wonderwoman Jujon hung in abruptly.
WONDERWOMAN JUJON – Failed to circle in the pre-race preliminary circle and will continue to be drawn to the outside for future mobile starts. Hung in entering the home turn contacting the outside sulky wheel of Heavens Baby breaking gait and will be placed on its last chance to race truly.
General
Driver J. Chapple was reprimanded under AHR Rule 162(1)(d) for delaying the start of the event and failing to be in the pre-race preliminary circle by the required time.
Race 2 – MAZDA ASPLEY PACE 1780M
BEEF CITY STARZZZ Raced with cover on the peg line throughout until yielding ground quickly leaving the 800 metre point finishing in excess of 224 metres from the winner. A post race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Connections were advised the Gelding will be required to complete one satisfactory requalifying trial prior to resuming racing.
SHEVCHENKO Inclined to over race in the position outside of the leader without cover.
MAYWYNS KAREN Yielded ground over the concluding stages of the event finishing in excess of 62 metres from the winner. Connections were advised the Filly will be placed on it’s last chance to race competitively.
RIGHTYO Inconvenienced leaving the 600 metre point behind the tiring Beef City Starzzz
Race 3 - GARRARDS HERE ON TRACK PACE 1780M
DIDSHEDOIT NZ Withstood and early challenge for the lead over the early stages before obtaining cover from Maywyn Troubadour nearing the 1000 metre point.
AURORA JOY Commenced a three wide run with cover leaving the 800 metre point.
HAZZA IS WATCHING Raced in the position outside of the leader over the early stages of the event and was inclined to overrace. Obtained cover from Maywyn Troubadour nearing the 1000 metre point.
MAYWYN TROUBADOUR Unsuccessfully challenged for the lead over the early stages before being able to work forward to the lead nearing the 1000 metre point of the event.
ASHLEE NITRO Tired over the concluding stages of the event.
SMOKESHOW Commenced a three wide run without cover leaving the 800 metre point, was inclined to hang in over the latter stages of the event when racing wide.
Race 4 - LADBROKES RACING CLUB PACE 2040M
ENGLISH DANCE Hung out under pressure over the concluding sages of the event.
OTIS RISING Caught wide over the early stages of the event before being restrained to a rearward trailing position.
ROCK SUPREME Restrained at the start to a rearward trailing position.
KOWHAI BLAZE NZ Restrained at the start to a rearward trailing position. Commenced a three wide run without cover leaving the 800 metre point of the event. Placed back in the mobile draw after two successful consecutive mobile starts.
PRETTY LITTLE LIAR Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.
MODERN SHEEN Raced wide over the early stages of the event working forward to the position outside of the leader, commenced to over race without cover. Shifted in over the concluding stages of the event.
General
Driver A.Garrard was reprimanded under AHR Rule 163 (1)(c)(ii) for contacting and dislodging a marker peg leaving the home turn.
Race 5 – ELDERS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PACE 1780M
TAKEN BY SURPRISE Broke in the early stages of the score up inconveniencing other runners over the early stages. Connections were advised the Filly will be placed on it’s last chance in the draw. Contacted a number of marker pegs entering the home straight.
SAN SABA Raced wide over the early stages of the event working forward to the position outside of the leader.
BERTILS FIREFOX Commenced a three wide run without cover leaving the 800 metre point of the event.
CHAMPAGNE REACTOR Restrained at the start to a rearward trailing position.
VERMONT Commenced a three wide run with cover leaving the 800 metre point.

Race 6 - PELICAN WATERS RESORT BAND 5 CONDITIONED PACE 1780M
BARRETT Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.
GLENLEDI BOY NZ Restrained at the start to a rearward trailing position.
MASTER CHARLES Inclined to over race when racing outside of the leader without cover.
BONNIES DANCE Held up for clear running over the concluding stages of the event.
Race 7 – WOLF SIGNS UP TO NR70 PACE 1780M
BETTYS GOLD CLASS Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.
MISTER REACTOR Caught wide over the early stages of the event before restraining to a rearward trailing position.
Race 8 - BURWOOD STUD 2YO MAIDEN PACE 1780M
MAYWYNS ACE Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.
ITS HYDROMATIC Raced three wide without cover over the early stages of the event working forward to the position outside of the leader nearing the 1400 metre point.
GIRL THE GIRL Checked and taken wider entering the first turn when Captain Bart broke gait.
SAVAGE STORM Out of position at the start and will continue to be drawn to the outside for future mobile starts. Checked and taken wider entering the first turn when Captain Bart broke gait. Commenced a three wide run with cover leaving the 800 metre point.
CAPTAIN BART Hung out entering the first turn and broke gait. Connections were advised the Gelding will be placed on it’s last Chace to race truly. Commenced a three wide run with cover leaving the 800 metre point of the event.
VICTREE BUSTA Commenced a three wide run without cover leaving the 800 metre point.
Race 9 - POWER UP LAWN MOWERS TROTTERS MOBILE 2280M
MY RUMOUR HAS IT NZ Broke in the early stages of the score up and was out of position at the start of the event. Connections were advised the Mare will be placed out of the mobile draw for future mobile starts.
BANFFWorked forward to the lead to lead throughout.
NATTY PAGGER NZ Placed back in the mobile draw after two successful consecutive mobile starts.
KIVICI Was slightly out of position at the start and broke gait after leaving the first turn. After considering the evidence tendered by driver A. Richardson stewards considered the mitigating circumstances and placed the gelding on a warning for breaking gait.
