After taking evidence from Trent Hodges and Noel Parrish stewards issued the following charges:

“A person must not have in his or her possession or on his or her premises any injectable product which contains cobalt salts.”

In determining penalty Stewards considered the evidence presented and evaluated all the relevant matters including the need to determine a balance between the severity of the offence and the need for deterrence.
