Race 1 - CUP DAY AT THE BAY PACE 1780M

MY GIRL BLAZE – Hung in and contacted marker post entering the home straight

SOMEONES WATCHING –Failed to circle. Raced wide in the early stages of the event, working forward and racing outside the leader approaching the 1300m

MAMMALS DESTINY – Shifted wider approaching the 550m and brushed the sulky wheel of Lord Denzel resulting in Mammal Destiny breaking gait. Driver fined AHR Rule 168 (1)(a)

DOOLITTLE DAZZLER – Hung in and contacted marker post 1000m

General

Driver Chloe Butler (Mammals Destiny) fined AHR Rule 168(1)(a) carelessly contacting sulky wheel

Race 2 – WOLF SIGNS PACE   1780M

BETTOR DREAM SWEET - Broke in the score up and was out of position at the candy pole. Connections were advised the mare will be placed on its last chance in the draw.

MAJOR MISCHIEF - Jibbed in the score up and required assistance from the clerk of the course. Connections were advised the gelding will be placed on its last chance in the draw. Commenced a three wide move around the 1200m but failed to improve and was restrained to the rear of the field approaching the 1000m.

Race 3 - LADBROKES BLACKBOOK PACE     1780M

TUNGSTEN TERROR   - Failed to circle. Gave ground of the concluding stages. A post race veterinarian inspection was carried out on the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities. Driver Jordan Topping reported the offside wheel came slightly loose and may have placed the horse at some disadvantage.

MULLUM BOY – Caught wide in the early stages of the event before restraining to the rear of the field. Gave ground over the concluding stages.

SUBTLE CHAY -  Caught wide in the early stages of the event before restraining to the rear of the field.

TRACER BULLET – Caught wide in the early stages of the event before being restrained to the rear of the field. Commenced a three wide move approaching the 1200m before working forward to race outside the leader around the 900m.

MY ULTIMATE LOUIE – Hung in and contacted a marker post after the winning post on the first occasion.

SHE DAZZLES – Broke on the turn into the back straight on the first occasion. Given the horses previous record in the regard the mare will be placed on its last chance to race truly.

Race 4 - RAW METAL CORP PACE     1780M

HEAVENLY SONG –Broke in the early stages of the score up. Pulled hard in the early stages of the race.

MISS PAU - Raced wide in the early stages before working forward to race outside the leader approaching the 1400m. Gave ground over the concluding stages.

MUSIC MOTH - Gave ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 89m. Connections were advised the overall performance of the gelding was below the standard required and subsequently placed on its last chance to race competitively.

Race 5 – GARRARDS HERE ON TRACK PACE            1780M

ROYAL PRINCESS - Contacted marker post entering the sprint lane. Driver reprimanded AHR Rule 163(1)(c)(ii)

DOOLITTLE DOOZZIE - Caught wide in the early stages of the event before being restrained to the rear of the field.

GRUBSCREW NZ - Worked forward in the early stages of the event to race outside the leader before working forward to lead the event around 1100m.

ROCK HAMMER – Commenced a three wide move approaching the 1300m to worked forward and race outside the leader around the 1100m.

General

Driver Jordan Topping reprimanded AHR Rule 163(1)(c)(ii) contacting marker post.

Race 6 - JAR MILLINERY PACE           1780M

MADRIGAL NZ -  Raced wide in the early stages of the event, worked forward to race outside the leader approaching the 1400m. Gained cover around the 1200m. No clear run.

DIAMOND SHOOZ –Raced wide in the early stages of the event, worked forward to race outside the leader approaching the 1200m.

LONESTAR LAD -  Over raced at various stages of the event.
