WEAREALLALONE– Trainers D and K McDowell were fined $50 under rule 210 for failing to declare J Douglass as the driver by the prescribed time.

TISBURY ROCKS NZ– Driver W Rixon was issued a reprimand under rule 163(1)(a)(iii) for causing interference in that as runners approached the first turn he has shifted TISBURY ROCKS NZ down the track when clear of BOLERO however when shifting down the track had not fully completed his movement down the track prior to ceasing driving TISBURY ROCKS NZ forward and as a result BOLERO had improved towards that runner’s inside and paced in restricted room for a short distance before contacting the sulky wheel of TISBURY ROCKS NZ and paced roughly.  In not taking more severe action Stewards were mindful that TISBURY ROCKS NZ had cleared BOLERO and was in the process of shifting down the track however at that stage TISBURY ROCKS NZ had paced roughly momentarily when crossing down the fence which had contributed to the incident.
