RACE 1 – AINSWORTH – AGTSLOTS.COM TROTTERS STANDING START HANDICAP – 2300 metres
ADDICTIVE STRIDE– Shortly after the start became unbalanced and broke gait. A warning was issued. Passing the 1900 metres became unbalanced and broke gait for a short distance. A warning was issued.
IMPACT STRIDE– Post-race swab samples were obtained.
MAJESTIC TOOTH– Shortly after the start paced momentarily and then broke gait. A warning was issued.
LATRELL NZ– Leaving the 500 metres became unbalanced and broke gait. A warning was issued.
VIKSUN– Approaching the 2100 metres momentarily had to be steadied when LATRELL NZ shifted in and then shortly after became unbalanced and broke gait. In view of the circumstances a warning was issued.
FOOTTAPPER– Near the 350 metres became unbalanced and broke gait. A warning was issued.
ALDEBARAN JENSEN- Passing the 100 metres broke gait. In view of its recent record connections were advised that ALDEBARAN JENSEN will now be stood down until it can complete one satisfactory official trial.
HOT TO TROT NZ– Pre-race blood samples were obtained.
RACE 2 – SUPER SPRINT WITH ALLCOTT PACE – 1609 metres
SPARKLA– Pre-race blood samples were obtained. Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
CLEMENTSORRELL– Underwent a pre and post-race veterinary examination as per HRNSW animal welfare guidelines. No abnormalities were detected.
DOUBLE SAID– Shortly after the start the near side lugging pole became detached subsequently DOUBLE SAID was inclined to hang in when negotiating the turns.
BY MY ROCK– Shifted out when placed under pressure over the final 200 metres. Driver P Green Jnr was issued with a reprimand under rule 168(1)(a) for careless driving. Post-race swab samples were obtained.
CYNICAL– Passing the 350 metres became unbalanced and broke gait. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities however the veterinarian did report a slower than normal recovery. Connections were advised that CYNICAL would be stood down from racing until it can complete one satisfactory official trial.
RACE 3 – BUBBA GUMP PEST CONTROL PACE – 1609 metres
JILLIBY ZUCCHINI– Pre-race blood samples were obtained. Post-race swab samples were obtained.
RACE 4 – BE HAPP MACH @ WINGATE FARM PACE – 1609 metres
GOTTA HAV ME NZ– Post-race swab samples were obtained.
SHARPER MEMORY– Out of position at the start. Driver W Rixon was fined the sum of $50 under rule 162(1)(j) for failing to maintain his position behind the mobile barrier until the start.
KISSMELVIS– Pre-race blood samples were obtained. Driver D Binskin was fined the sum of $50 under rule 162(1)(j) for failing to maintain his position behind the mobile barrier until the start.
RACE 5 – AMERICAN IDEAL – WE SALUTE YOUR GREAT LEGACY! LADYSHIP PACE – 1609 metres
WEAREALLALONE– Unable to secure clear running until shifting out near the 150 metres. Post-race swab samples were obtained.
SWEET MAMA NZ– Pre-race blood samples were obtained. Inclined to lay in passing the 400 metres.
BETTNG STAR– Broke gait for a short distance at the start. A warning was issued. Failed to run on over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Connections were unable to offer an explanation for the mare’s performance. A warning was placed on BETTING STAR for what was deemed to be an unsatisfactory performance.
TARAMIN– Inclined to race roughly and weakened over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Connections were advised that a warning on TARAMIN for what was deemed to be and unsatisfactory performance.
CHARLIES ACE NZ– Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
RACE 6 – WARDS ACCOUNTING GROUP PACE – 1609 metres
MONTEFIORE NZ– Raced roughly after the start. A warning was issued.
JOYCIES LAD– Pre-race blood samples were obtained. Shifted out marginally in the home straight when under pressure.
ELOUISA DALE NZ– Had difficulty securing clear running until passing the 150 metres at which point ELOUISA DALE NZ was able to obtain a run to the inside of JOYCIES LAD which shifted out.
CAPTAIN BLOOD– Post-race swab samples were obtained.
RACE 7 – MULTIQUIP AGGREGATES PACE – 1609 metres
BOBBY WATERHOUSE NZ– Leaving the 400 metres was inclined to hang in and raced roughly losing several lengths.
BRAVO STRIDE – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.
KING OF TRUMPS NZ– Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
SURF ACE– Had to be steadied and was hampered by BOBBY WATERHOUSE NZ when that runner raced roughly near the 400 metres.
PORT AU PRINCE NZ– Had to be steadied off the back of SURF ACE when BOBBY WATERHOUSE NZ near the 400 metres. Post-race swab samples were obtained.
