RACE 1 – CAPTAIN AHAB SON OF CAPTAINTREACHEROUS FOR WESTBRED PACING 2YO WESTBRED PACE (2185MS)
TI SENTO (A Cortopassi) – Gave ground from 600m to be beaten 87m. Over raced through the early stages. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormalities. A warning was issued against its starting manners.
RACE 2 – CAPTAIN AHAB 1:50.4 - BRILLIANT SPEED INHERITANCE STANDING AT MURRAY VETS TROT (2116SS)
HEZA WHIZARD NZ (C Lewis) – Broke gait after the start was effected. Will continue to be excluded from the mobile barrier draw.
THE BEAT NZ (G Johnson) – Broke gait when racing into the back straight on the final occasion. A warning was issued.
SELLUNE (D Harper) – Broke gait after the start was effected. Will continue to be excluded from the mobile barrier draw.
RACE 3 – CAPTAIN AHAB SERVICE FEE $3000 INC. GST 3YO WESTBRED DIV.1 PACE (1684MS)

YO ADRIAN (S Suvaljko) – Had difficulty obtaining clear running in the home straight.
RACE 5 – CAPTAIN AHAB - WINNER NASSAGAWEYA & CHAMPLAIN STAKES & METRO ELIMINATION PACE (2185MS)
SOUNDS TREACHEROUS (K Harper) – When questioned Driver K Harper advised that he had planned to find a forward position however the horse had failed to show any early speed despite his attempts and was forced to restrain after the start. Mr Harper was reminded to make a greater effort to get in position by the candy pole in future race starts.
RACE 6 – CAPTAIN AHAB - DOUBLE WESTBRED IS BEST PACE (2185MS)

RACE 7 – CAPTAIN AHAB - BREED THE NEXT FUTURE CAPTAIN PACE (2185MS)
ROCK ROSIE ROCK (J Young) – Broke gait when racing out of the front straight on the first occasion. The filly was stood down from racing for a period of 6 days and until such time as the completion of 1 satisfactory re-qualifying trial.
RACE 8 – CAPTAIN AHAB - POWERFUL, ATHLETIC & A GREAT TEMPERAMENT TO MATCH PACE (2116SS)
The Start was delayed for several minutes after TORPEDO ROCK (E Suvaljko) had failed to face the front when directed to do so. TORPEDO ROCK was subsequently excluded from the standing start draw and will be required to complete 1 standing start trial.
RACE 9 – BREED SOME OF THE BEST MODERN LINES IN HARNESS RACING WITH CAPTAIN AHAB PACE (2185MS)
