RACE 2 – SKY HARNESS 2YO PACE (1684MS)
General: Stewards inquired into the reasons for DOUGS LEGACY (C Lewis) breaking gait when racing into the front straight on the final occasion. T Wheeler in an attempt to avoid runners whilst tiring shifted inwards to the peg line. At this time Mr Lewis shifted inwards to avoid the tiring BUT JOE however when the gelding was shifted inwards had to check and break gait.
