Race 3 – MONTERIO – T Lynn
Race 4 – IM EUGENE – E Suvaljko
Race 5 – CARA DIANA – T Wheeler

IM GAVOCHE (K Harper) - Gave ground from the 500m and was beaten 157 metres. Due to the performance, the gelding will be stood down from racing for 6 days and until the completion of 1 satisfactory re-qualifying trial.
ULTIMATE TESS (E Suvaljko) - Broke gait leaving the back straight on the final occasion and again broke gait making the turn into the front straight on the final occasion. The mare will be stood down from racing for 6 days and until the completion of a satisfactory requalifying trial.
RACE 2 – TABTOUCH SCAN MY BET 2YO FILLIES PACE (1684MS)
A false start was declared at the first attempt when Driver D Miller alerted the Starter that the safety strap on ALOE VERA had broken. Prior to runners being called up for the second starting attempt, there was a further delay due to the off fore plate on MISS IMPOSING (R Warwick) requiring re-fitting. This necessitated a delay to the start of this race of approximately 5 minutes.
TSUNAMI WAVE (M Miller) - Driver M Miller reported he had difficulty pulling the near side hopple shortening pin, with it not releasing until approximately the 600m.
ALOE VERA (D Miller) - Raced greenly in the score up and was out of position at the start and a warning was issued on the filly in relation to its starting manners.
CARIBBEAN THEME (K Young) - Raced roughly for a short distance after the start. Raced roughly in the front straight on the final occasion when giving ground and was beaten 85 metres. A warning was issued on the filly in relation to its racing manner and performance.
RACE 3 – TABTOUCH DOWNLOAD TODAY 3YO WESTBRED PACE (1684MS)
Following the event, Stewards held up all clear at the request of Driver D Egerton-Green, Driver of the 3rd placed BOUJEE BOY to view the patrol vision in the home straight with him electing to lodge an objection against the winner DOTTIES IMPACT (K Harper) alleging interference over the final 100 metres. Stewards acknowledged that DOTTIES IMPACT had shifted outwards onto BOUJEE BOY, with it becoming inconvenienced, however, taking into consideration the level of interference, the manner in which both runners were finishing the race off and the margin of over 1.5 metres, Stewards could not be fully satisfied had the interference not occurred to BOUJEE BOY, that runner would have beaten DOTTIES IMPACT to the finish and as such, dismissed the objection with all clear being given on the Judges’ semaphored numbers.
DOTTIES IMPACT (K Harper) - Shifted outwards in the front straight on the final occasion. Driver K Harper was reprimanded under AR168(1)(a) for careless driving for allowing DOTTIES IMPACT to shift outwards racing in the front straight on the final occasion, causing runners BOUJEE BOY (D Egerton-Green) and BULL SHARK BETTY (E Suvaljko) to be inconvenienced and was advised to make a more timely effort to straighten his drives when they are inclined to shift ground in the straight.
BULL SHARK BETTY (E Suvaljko) - Inconvenienced racing in the front straight on the final occasion.
WESMEDAD (T Wheeler) - Driver T Wheeler (WESMEDAD) fined $100 under AR168(1)(a) for careless driving for contacting the sulky of DOUGS LEGACY (G Hall Jnr) when trailing that runner, causing WESMEDAD to break gate racing in the front straight on the first occasion.
BOUJEE BOY (D Egerton-Green) - Inconvenienced racing in the front straight on the final occasion.
RACE 4 – TABTOUCH TRY BET LOOP TODAY LIGHTNING LAP PACE (1177MS)
ICY COLD (K Madden) - Broke gait leaving the front straight on the final occasion. The mare will be stood down from racing for 6 days and until the completion of 1 satisfactory re-qualifying trial.
TRUNKEY CARRAWA (K Harper) - Broke gait leaving the front straight on the final occasion and was contacted by IM EUGENE (E Suvaljko) which severely unbalanced Driver Harper who was almost dislodged, with the gelding then being retired from the event. Will be stood down from racing for 6 days and until the completion of 1 satisfactory re-qualifying trial.
IM EUGENE (E Suvaljko) - Severely checked by a galloping runner and broke gait leaving the front straight on the final occasion.
RACE 5 – SHARE BETS WITH TABTOUCH BET LOOP PACE (1684MS)
SHES A LUCKY PENNY (A Vidovich) - Broke gait making the turn into the front straight on the first occasion and was retired from the event. The mare will be stood down from racing for 13 days and until the completion of 2 satisfactory re-qualifying trials.
LUCY VICTORIA (S Steele) - Not in position at the candy pole and will continue to be placed outside the draw for future mobile barrier events.
RACE 6 – TABTOUCH WATCH SKY RACINNG LIGHTNING LAP PACE (1177MS)
No racing incidents to report.
RACE 7 – TABTOUCH WATCH RACE REPLAYS PACE (2185MS)
TRITTTRITTBANGBANG (A Suvaljko) - Driver A Suvaljko accompanied by the RWWA Driving Master was interviewed in relation the tactics adopted when challenged for the lead by CLASSNSMART (J Suvaljko) entering the front straight to receive the bell and him electing to hold the lead rather than relinquish it, with the gelding then giving ground from the 500m. Driver Suvaljko advised he was instructed to work forward after the start, and after establishing the lead, the gelding was travelling comfortably and when challenged he elected to hold this position as he was not fully certain CLASSNSMART was going to keep improving. Taking into consideration the gelding commenced to give ground from the 500m, Stewards were of the opinion Driver Suvaljko may have erred in his tactics in not allowing CLASSNSMART to establish the lead entering the front straight to receive the bell to trail that runner which may have afforded TRITTTRITBANGBANG the opportunity to finish the race off in a stronger manner. Driver Suvaljko will receive additional tutelage from the RWWA Driving Master in this regard.
RACE 8 – TABTOUCH PACE (2185MS)
SAMMY SUFFARELL (G Butler) - A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be slow to recover.
JINGLING JEWELS (E Suvaljko) - Hung inwards shortly after the start and then had a tendency to hang outwards thereafter. A warning was issued against the gelding's racing manner.
ALTA KING (A Vidovich) - When questioned in relation to holding a position outside the leader racing in the front straight to receive the bell when WALL STREET GIRL (C Lewis) had improved three wide, rather than receiving a trail behind that runner, Driver A Vidovich advised after racing three wide early, she allowed the gelding to work forward and establish a position outside the leader. She said when WALL STREET GIRL had improved three wide she elected to hold this position, however, in hindsight it may have been more beneficial to allow that runner to obtain a position outside the leader, which would have afforded her a trail, taking into consideration the early work the gelding had to do.
RACE 9 – TABTOUCH PAST THE POST PAYOUTS PACE (2185MS)
No racing incidents to report.
