RWWA STEWARDS’ SUMMARY REPORT

MEETING HELD AT PINJARRA ON MONDAY 10 NOVEMBER 2025

Starters:                       K Bailey (Starter/Gear), K Reeves (Driver/Brands)

Trainers with multiple runners in any one race were questioned in relation to their intended tactics.

RACE 1 – PINJARRA TRADERS CONDITIONED HCP TROT (2116SS)

LAVRADORE NZ (G Johnson) - Shifted outwards under pressure in the front straight on the final occasion. Driver G Johnson was reminded of his obligations to ensure he makes all efforts to correct his drive.

IM GAVOCHE (N Turvey) - Broke gait shortly after the start was effected. Trailed the field thereafter and took no competitive part. A warning was placed the gelding's standing start manners.

MAJESTIC MARION (K Harper) - Galloped out. A warning was placed against the mares standing start manners.

KYVALLEY CLICHY (M Miller) - Momentarily inconvenienced shortly after the start was effected.    

General: Stewards held up the all clear and advised patrons to hold all tickets at the request of N Johns (PEACHEE) to view the official patrol footage over the concluding stages of the event. After a significant delay due to the availability of the footage and upon review no further action was taken with the all clear being on the judges, 11,6,2 and 10.  

RACE 2 – SIGNCRAFT MANDURAH PACE (1684MS)

IM DRINKINDOUBLES (K Harper) - Inconvenienced and momentarily raced roughly leaving the back straight on the final occasion.

RACE 3 – STABLE AFFAIRS PINJARRA LIGHTNING LAP PACE (1177MS)

No racing incident to report.

RACE 4 – STANBEE STOCKFEEDS PACE (2185MS)

MY ULTIMATE CHEVRON NZ (R Bell) was a late scratching at approximately 8:45am due to a heel crack.

PETES HONOUR (C Lewis) - Placed in restricted racing room leaving the back straight on the first occasion when ARMA BELIEVER (D Egerton-Green) shifted inwards simultaneous to YAMOMA (D Roberts) shifting outwards when placed under pressure in an endeavour to maintain the lead of the event. Due to multiple contributing factors, no action was taken.

RACE 5 – STANBEE STOCKFEEDS NOVICE DRIVER SERIES (NO.22) PACE (2185MS)

ZLATO (K Madden) - Galloped out. Will be placed outside the draw in future mobile barrier events. Drop a knee- boot shortly after breaking gait. A post-race veterinary examination revealed swelling and an abrasion to the inside of the near-fore knee and was subsequently treated on course. Will be stood down from racing period of 7 days.

CODENAME ELLIOT (B Edmans) - Checked and broke gait shortly after the start was effected.

RACE 6 – 3YO WESTBRED COUNTRY DERBY PACE (2692MS)

General: Steward held up the all-clear on their own volition and advised patrons to hold all tickets to review the concluding stages of the event to analyse the movements of 1st placed REINETTE (T Wheeler) and 2nd placed ELITE FLEET (A De Campo) factoring the beaten margin of half a head and how both runner finished the event. Although acknowledging that REINETTE had been inclined to shifted inwards for the majority of the home straight, this alone did not necessitate any further action with Stewards being satisfied to issue the all clear on the judge's numbers of 5,10,9 and 2.

RACE 7 – DFG LEGAL CONDITIONED HCP PACE (2116SS)

General: Steward held up the all-clear and advised patrons to hold all tickets at the request of the RWWA starter to review the start of the race. Upon review no further action was taken with the all clear being given on the judge's numbers of 7,4,1,9.

STIRUP IRON JACK (C Lewis) - Swung sideways as the start was effected. A warning was placed against the geldings standing start manners.

I LIKE WHAT I SEE (S McDonald) - Raced roughly shortly after the start was effected.

CALL TO ARMS (M Miller) - Inconvenienced shortly after the start wad effected.

SMOKEYS SHADOW (A Markham) - Checked and broke gait shortly after the start was effected.

THE WILDCARD (A De Campo) - Inconvenienced shortly after the start was effected.

RACE 8 – LIQUOR BARONS SOUTH YUNDERUP PACE (2185MS)

No racing incident to report.
