General: Driver G Hall Jnr (IM THE BLACK FLASH NZ) was interviewed with relation to his driving shortly after the finish of the event in which he appeared to apply the whip. Mr Hall Jnr further stated he shifted the gelding up the track to the outside fence in the back straight and had difficulty pulling him up for the finishing parade.
