Trainers with multiple horses engaged in any given race were questioned as to the intended driving tactics to be adopted

 

RACE 1 – DYNAMIC PRINT BLACKS A FAKE FREE FOR ALL (1720 MS)

BACH NZ– Driver Chris Alford was cautioned for contacting marker pegs making the turn into the home straight.

SERG BLANCO NZ– Held up making the turn into the home straight.

BULLETPROOF BOY– Raced three wide in the early stages. Held up making the turn into the home straight and again in the concluding stages.

TRIPLE EIGHT NZ– Raced three wide in the early and middle stages. Hung inwards in running.

 

RACE 2 – TAB WE’RE ON PACE (2240 MS)

RADIUS– Held up and unable to obtain clear running in the home straight.

CAPTAIN HAMMERHEAD– Raced three wide in the middle stages.

KOSIMO– Scratched on Vets advice at 3.06pm and will now be stood down for 28 days.

 

 

RACE 3 – Sulky.APP METROPOLITAN PACE FINAL (2240 MS)

RORYVILLE – Driver David Moran was fined $200 under AHRR 162(1)(h)  for being out of position in the score up.

THE BEACH FANTASY NZ – Raced three wide in the early stages.

THE CHANCER – Raced wide in the early stages.

ISTHISJUSTFANTASY - Held up making the turn into the home straight.

LUDACROUS – Returned having cast a plate.

 

RACE 4 – HIP POCKET CASTLEMAINE TROT (LISTED CLASSIC) (2240 MS)

LADY ADELIA– Broke in running and placed on its last chance to race truly.

SHESAWISH– Contacted marker pegs making the turn into the home straight.

ALDEBARAN KEEPA NZ– Raced three wide in the early stages.

ALDEBARAN MILEY- Raced three wide in the early stages.

COURMAYEUR– Raced three wide in the middle stages and gave ground in the final lap.

ALDEBARAN VERA– Inconvenienced and broke gait in the back straight on the first occasion.

ROCKINWITHATTITUDE– Raced three wide in the middle stages.

 

 

RACE 5 – ALDEBARAN PARK TROT (1720 MS)

TIPSEY TURVY - As a result of covering WATTS UP PARTY TIME which broke gait and galloped across the finish, TIPSEY TURVY, pursuant to the Victorian local rule Rule155(A) was promoted to 5th placing.

HATCHBACK – Pulled hard in running

WATTS UP PARTY TIME – Paced, broke gait and galloped across the finishing line After reviewing the video footage which showed it was covered by TIPSY TURVY, pursuant to the Victorian local rule Rule155(A) WATTS UP PARTY TIME was relegated to 6th placing with TIPSY TURVY, moving to 5th placing.

KEAYANG XENA – Raced wide in the early stages. Held up making the turn into the home straight.

MERCENARY - Held up making the turn into the home straight.

HESALLMUSCLE NZ - Driver Mark Pitt was cautioned for being out of position in the score up.

HARRY STAMPER NZ – Raced three wide in the middle stages. Inconvenienced in the home straight.

NEPHEW OF SONOKO - Driver Ryan Sanderson was cautioned for being out of position in the score up.

 

RACE 6 – RENOWN SILVERWARE PACE (2240 MS)

OOH AH LISTAH – Sulky was contacted and returned with a flat tyre.

CARRAMAR SOLOMONA – Raced three wide in the early and middle stages. Hung inwards and a warning issued. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.

DIAMOND ECLIPSE – Held up making the turn into the home straight and inconvenienced in the home straight.

JACCKA CONNOR NZ – Contacted a sulky and raced rough entering the home straight. Driver Ellen Tormey was fined $100 under AHRR 168(1)(a) for careless driving and contacting a sulky.

CRIME WATER – Inconvenienced and held up in the home straight.

ROCKNROLL WALLA - Returned having cast a plate.

 

RACE 7 – AUSTRALIAN PACING GOLD PACE (2240 MS)

THESUNANDTHEMOON – Trainer Alex Ashwood was cautioned for failing to provide the tactics of his multiple runners in this race.

IM WESLEY – Raced three wide in the early stages.

ALOT LIKE LOUIE  - Held up making the turn into the home straight.

CLASSACT – Broke gear and was retired from the race.

DEUCE COUPE NZ – Pulled hard in running.

RACE 8 – BENSTUD STANDARDBREDS 3YO PACE (2240 MS)

RAVISHING SLOY – Raced three wide in the early and middle stages

 

RACE 9 HYGAIN PACE FINAL (2240 MS)

BARACK ENOBRAC - Trainer Mick Carbone was cautioned for failing to provide the tactics of his multiple runners in this race. Raced three wide in the early stages and pulled hard in running.

CALEDONIAN RANGER – Held up and was unable to secure clear running in the home straight.

 

RACE 10 ALLIED EXPRESS TROTTERS FINAL (2240 MS)

WILCANNIA – Tired, beaten 61m and a warning issued.

MACHO MAORI – Out of position after breaking gait in the score up. The gelding will now be placed outside the draw at its future mobile starts.

INMYDREAMS – Raced tight into the first turn

CALL ME JACK – Raced wide in the early stages.

IM ABOVE THE LAW - Hung inwards on the first turn and again in the final lap. The gelding was placed on its last chance to race truly.

IM BOBBY – Held up making the turn into the home straight.

EVERYBODYLOVESME – Raced three wide in the middle stages.

OVERANDOUT - Raced three wide in the middle stages.

BERRIESANDCHERRIES - Raced three wide in the middle stages.

RYMES - Raced three wide in the early and middle stages.
