NAUGHTY BET – Hung out and pulled hard during the early and middle stages. Hung out significantly leaving the back straight on the final occasion and rounding the final turn and a warning was issued against the horses racing manners.

LIVELY JOE – Trainer Allan MacDonald was issued with a caution for failing to have the gear worn by the horse correctly notified. Hung in under pressure rounding the final turn.

RACE 2 –HBF FABRICATIONS VICBRED VOUCHER MAIDEN PACE(1790 MS)

THE NINJA – Trainer Reece Moore was fined $100 under AHHR 273(5)(a) for presenting the gelding to race in the parade ring wearing the incorrect number. Checked at the 200m when trailing Indianas Son which galloped.

ZAPPA - Checked at the 200m when Indianas Son galloped.

INDIANAS SON – Driver Corey Johnson reported that shortly after the start and when approaching the winning post on the first occasion, the end of his whip became entangled with the sulky shift and bridge which required him to remove his hand from the offside rein to assist its release. Drivers Corey Johnson and Alex Ashwood (Destiny Kept) were questioned regarding an incident rounding the final turn where Indianas Son galloped. After taking evidence and viewing the replays, it was established that both runners had contributed by hanging in and out with contact being made to the sulky of Destiny Kept by the hind leg of Indianas Son. Given the contribution to the incident by both runners, Indianas Son was issued with a warning against its racing manners.

ALIENFROMARMSTRONG – Checked and galloped at approximately the 200m while trailing Indianas Son.

DESTINY KEPT – Galloped during the score up and will continue to be drawn wide in future mobile start races. Hung in rounding the final turn, sulky contacted by Indianas Son. A warning was issued against the fillies racing manners.

RACE 5 – TZILZIE WINES PACE (1790 MS)

Stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial for a poor performance.

HESASTAR – Inconvenienced rounding the first turn.

CHEERS POVERTY – Driver Alex Ashwood pleaded guilty to a charge under AHHR 163(1)(a)(iii) for causing interference. The particulars of the charge being that approaching the turn out of the front straight on the first occasion, Mr Ashwood allowed his drive to shift in when insufficiently clear of Neds Beach (Wayne Hill) resulting in that runner being tightened to contact a marker peg and was checked and galloped as a result. Mr Ashwood’s license to drive in races was suspended for 10 days. In assessing penalty, Stewards took into consideration the HRV penalty guidelines, Mr Ashwood’s guilty plea and forthright evidence, his good driving record in relation to this rule and that Cheers Poverty had contributed to a small degree as the gelding did not respond immediately when directed out to relieve the pressure on Neds Beach. The suspension will commence at midnight 30 Nov 2025 to allow Mr Ashwood to complete his driving commitments.

LOVE TO DEAL – Checked and contacted a marker peg leaving the front straight on the first occasion.

CALF PEN – Galloped clear of interference at the 400m and was placed on its last chance to race truly.

RACE 7 – PARK DOUGLAS PRINTING PACE (1790 MS)

EMMA ROX – Hung out and raced roughly when challenged for the lead approaching the turn out of the front straight on the first occasion. Raced roughly after establishing the lead entering the back straight on the first occasion. Raced roughly again rounding the final turn. Hung our under pressure and shifted out on entering the home straight resulting in interference to Celestial Nebulae. Lost 3rd on protest. Placed on its last chance to race truly.

THE DEVIL ROLLS ON - Inconvenienced over the latter stages as Des Troy commenced to give ground in the back straight on the final occasion.

CELESTIAL NEBULAE – Driver Luke Dunne requested to review the replays of the concluding stages prior to the All Clear in relation to the 3rd past the post Emma Rox shifting out in the home straight. Upon review Mr Dunne lodged a protest against Emma Rox for alleged interference. After taking submissions from drivers Luke Dunne and Alex Ashwood (Emma Rox) and taking into consideration all the evidence, Stewards determined that the racing manners of Emma Rox shifting out had resulted in Celestial Nebulae being checked and lose momentum. Stewards were also satisfied that the interference suffered by Celestial Nebulae resulted in the gelding losing more ground than the official head margin between the two runners at the conclusion of the race. Under the circumstances the protest lodged by driver Luke Dunne was upheld and All Clear was then given on the amended placings. 1st Loyola Spiaggia, 2nd Bettor Doo NZ, 3rd Celestial Nebulae, 4th Emma Rox.

BETTOR DOO NZ -Held up for a clear run rounding the final turn. Checked in the home straight when trailing Celestial Nebulae and Emma Rox before improving wider on the track into second place.
