The sprint lane was in operation at tonight’s event.

Trainers with multiple runners in any one race provided Stewards with their intentions prior to the event.

RACE 1 – KEVIN & KAY SEYMOUR PACE – 1800MS

A post-race veterinary examination of FEISTY JANE (T Pullicino) revealed it had blood in off nostril. Veterinary evidence was that it was not classified as a bleed and no action taken.

Stewards informed Reece Moore (NEDS BEACH) that he is to make alterations with rein burr used on the gelding.

RACE 2 – NORTHSIDE TROPHIES PACE  – 2230MS

Warnings placed on KAHINA (B Page) and CAPTAIN BRAVEHEART (W Hill) for out of position at start.

A warning placed on LETHAL LOUIE (J Finnis) which galloped approaching turn off the back first occasion.

Postrace swab from DELIGHTFUL MAJOR.

RACE 3 – 2024 SA SQUARE TROTTERS ASSOCIATION LEGENDS TROT (FINAL) – 2230MS

A false start called when GEORGY GIRL (M Smith) anticipated the start and barrier strand became entangled in front legs. Stewards fined M Smith $100. R162(1)(k).

After start was affected SAINT SEBASTIAN (S Pascoe) stood flat footed reared and fell to the track taking no part in the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed abrasions and lame in near hind leg.
The horse treated and stood down seven days.

RAKERO REBEL (D Hill) commenced poorly but with false start no action taken.

A warning placed on SO VOGUE (A McDonough) which galloped three times in running.

A warning placed on BJ LINDENNY (M Borg) which galloped in running.

RACE 4 – HYGAIN PACE – 1800MS

Reinsperson Ian McMahon (SHALLOW BEACH) fined $200 for forcing REPETITIVE (Ryan Hryhorec) wider leaving front straight after the bell. R163(1) (b).

RACE 5 – 2024 ALABAR SA BOTRA GOLDEN NURSERY (FINAL) (LISTED CLASSIC) -  1800MS

Post race swab LAMBRO MACH.

RACE 6 – 2024 LADBROKES SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PACING CUP (FINAL) (GROUP 3) – 1800MS

Stewards approved change of Trainer for PER ARDUA AD ASTRA to Wayne Gowley.

Stewards after being contacted by Trainer Andrew German (ALL DA RAGE) extended time for arrival on course due to delays encountered on way to course.

Reinsperson Allan McDonough (ANOTHER VINNIE) fined $200 for using whip in more than a flicking motion. R156 (2) (a). McDonough also fined $100 for crossing his reins approaching the finish. R163 A (1).

A post-race veterinary examination of YAMBUKIAN (R Hryhorec) which gave ground from 550 Metres and beaten 109 Metres revealed no abnormalities. Required to trial prior to being eligible to race. Trainer to advise should anything arise post-race.

A post-race veterinary examination of PER ARDUA AD ASTRA (K Weidenbach) which gave ground from 700 Metres and beaten 280 Metres revealed no abnormalities. Driver felt may have choked down. Required to trial prior to being eligible to race. Trainer to advise should anything arise post-race.

RACE 7 – 2024 LADBROKES SOUTH AUSTRALIAN TROTTERS CUP (FINAL) (GROUP 3) – 2645MS

Start delayed whilst a rein burr was fitted on REGAL ATTIRE ( D Hill).

A warning placed on STINGOFAWASP (M Smith) which galloped shortly after the start and severely checked, MY BAD HABITS (B Page), ALL THE TRIX (D Smith), MY USED TO BE (W Hill), REGAL ATTIRE and TRAVEL BUG (Samantha Pascoe).

A post-race veterinary examination of STINGOFAWASP which was beaten 167 metres revealed no abnormalities. Trainer to advise should anything arise post-race.

MERCENARY (A McDonough) paced from the barrier and swung into a pace on two occasions in running and lost valuable ground to be beaten 169 Metres and a warning issued.

Reinsperson Michaell Bellman (JAZSPUR) fined $100 for crossing his reins approaching the finish. R163 A (1).

WRANGLER (A Chapman) late scratching on veterinary advice as lame in off hind leg. Veterinary clearance required prior to being eligible to race.

Reinsperson Paul Cavallaro (ARTILLERY) reprimanded for failing to come into position at the start.

A warning placed on HOT DEAL (A Dunn) which momentarily broke gait home turn final occasion.

RACE 10 - SOUTHERN CROSS FINALS NIGHT NOVEMBER 30 PACE – 1800MS

FUMIA REACTOR (S Pascoe) which paced roughly approaching the start and out of position excluded from draw future mobile barrier start races.
