RACE 1 – CONQUEST POOLS PACE – 1740 metres
PARK RUN – Examined by the Club Veterinarian prior to the race, as it has had over 200 race starts, and cleared to start.

GOODTIME JAZZI– Post-race swab sampled.
RACE 2 – YIRRIBEE PACING STUD PACE – 1740 metres
THATS THE ATTITUDE– Post-race swab sampled.
LACHIES DELIGHT – Pre-race swab sampled. Raced three wide from the start before working forward to lead the running line near the 1200 metres.
RACE 3 – CLEANAWAY PACE – 1740 metres
UNCHAINMYART – Pre-race swab sampled. Galloped out at the start for which a warning was issued.
OUR ROCKY– Hung-out under pressure after leaving the 100 metres, as a result SHEZ BETTORS BABE and MYBOYMYBOY were placed in restricted room near the finish line. Post-race swab sampled.
SHEZ BETTORS BABE – Placed in restricted room near the finish line when OUR ROCKY shifted out.
MYBOYMYBOY – Placed in restricted room near the finish line when OUR ROCKY shifted out.
IMPERIOUS – Over-raced during the middle stages of the event. Held up for clear running rounding the home turn.
RACE 4 – CONQUEST POOLS PACE – 1740 metres
VICTORTHEINFLICTOR– Pre-race swab sampled. Post-race swab sampled.
BETTERTHANTHEBOYZ – Raced three wide from the start before working forward to take up the position outside the leader leaving the 1400 metres. Held up for clear running rounding the home turn.
THE CLOCK WINDER– Raced four wide from the start until working forward to take over the position outside the leader approaching the 1200 metres.
RACE 5 – MILBRAE QUARRIES PACE – 2270 metres
MAJOR HUSS– Pre-race swab sampled.
MY COURTELL – Hung-out under pressure in the home straight.
ROSIE POLLEN – Examined by the Club Veterinarian prior to the race, as it was having its first race start in over 12 months, and cleared to start.
TROUBLE IN HEAVEN – Raced three wide from the start until working forward to obtain the position outside the leader leaving the 1800 metres. Continued to work forward to take over the lead from LOGAN DREAM leaving the 1600 metres.
MY ULTIMATE FLYNN NZ– Raced three wide from near the 1800 metres before working forward to take over the lead from TROUBLE IN HEAVEN leaving the 1400 metres. Post-race swab sampled.
RACE 6 – CLEANAWAY 2YO PACE – 1740 metres
General– Prior to the all-clear being given, the Trainer of AVA LEANNE, R Arentz advised Stewards that he would like to view the patrol footage of the home straight to ascertain whether he had grounds to lodge a protest against the winner. After viewing the footage R Arentz elected not to proceed with an objection and all-clear was given on the judge’s numbers.
HESHARLEY– Raced greenly and shifted out under pressure approaching the 100 metres, as a result AVA LEANNE was inconvenienced and obliged to shift out wider, continued to hang out under pressure from that point until near the 50 metres. Driver J Painting was issued with a reprimand under Rule 162(1)(www)(a) for not making sufficient effort to prevent the gelding from shifting out after leaving the 100 metres. Post-race swab sampled.
JEWEL ANGEL – Broke gait after the start, given it was just the filly’s third race start connections were advised that she would be placed outside the draw for future mobile start races.
AVA LEANNE – Inconvenienced approaching the 100 metres when HESHARLEY shifted out. Driver O Arentz was fined the sum of $200 under Rule 156(2)(a) for using his whip with an action that was more than a wrist only flicking motion in the home straight.
WAMBOYNE MACHETE– Pre-race swab sampled. Trainer/Driver R Arentz was given the opportunity to comment on the below market expectations performance of the gelding, he stated he was somewhat disappointed with it but added that it was probably not suited to racing outside the leader. He added that after getting to that position in the early stages he hoped one of the other runners would improve three wide with the relatively slow second quarter which would give his runner cover, however that did not eventuate.
ANGELIC ATTITUDE – Over-raced during the middle stages of the event.
ALIGHIERI– Inconvenienced after the start when JEWEL ANGEL broke gait.
RACE 7 – TAB VENUE MODE PACE – 1740 metres
ARKLOW – Tired over the concluding stages for which a warning was issued.
SOKYS FALCON – Inconvenienced entering the first turn when PADDY MACH shifted-in.
BIDGEE BABE– Pre-race swab sampled.
PADDY MACH – Examined by the Club Veterinarian prior to the race, as it has had over 200 race starts, and cleared to start. Driver J Locke was issued with a reprimand under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) for causing interference in that entering the first turn he shifted the gelding in when not sufficiently clear of SOKYS FALCON which was inconvenienced. Post-race swab sampled.
OURMATE GEEJAY– Tired over the concluding stages, connections were advised the gelding would be placed on its last chance to race truly. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities, although it was reported that the horse had a mild right side systolic heart murmur. Trainer R Walker advised Stewards that it was his intention to give the horse a spell following today’s run.
HUMMING TOP– Made a three wide mid race move to take over the position outside the leader near the 1000 metres.
RACE 8 – D & L EARTHMOVING PACE – 1740 metres
VIENNA OPERA– Post-race swab sampled.
ROCKING MANDY– Broke gait free of interference approaching the 600 metres, for which a warning was issued.
DOLLAR BROWNIE– Pre-race swab sampled.
MILLYANO – Inconvenienced approaching the 600 metres when ROCKING MANDY broke gait.
JUDDLEY – Sulky contacted by WARRAWEE LAZ approaching the 1200 metres and was severely checked as a result. Inconvenienced approaching the 600 metres when ROCKING MANDY broke gait.
WARRAWEE LAZ –Hung-out during the score-up. Veered out, contacted the sulky of JUDDLEY and broke gait as a result approaching the 1200 metres, given it was the colt’s first race start connections were advised that it would be required to perform a re-qualifying trial.
