RACE 1 – STEEL SUPPLIES PACE – 2270 metres

FREDEE TEE– Weakened over the concluding stages.

TASHS SPARTAN – Pre – race blood sample. Driver Mr B Harpley was cautioned for the manner in which he applied the whip when entering the home straight.

THE LURKER – Pre – race blood sample. Hampered when racing in the back straight on the final occasion when trailing the tiring CHIP GANASSI NZ.

NINA SIMONE NZ– Post – race swab sample.

CHIP GANASSI NZ - Weakened over the concluding stages.

 

RACE 2 – HARNESS TRADING RING AUSTRALIA PACE – 1740 metres

METALLICA MAN– Driver B Harpley was queried regarding the tactics he adopted during the running of the event. Mr Harpley stated that METALLICA MAN had a tendency to race ungenerously at the start and when the tempo slackened as the field left the home straight on the final occasion he elected to make a quick move but was caught racing 3 wide for the remainder of the event. Stewards noted the comments of Mr Harpley.

ASH BEE– Post - race swab sample.

DREAM COPY – Declared a late scratching at 10am due to Trainer Mr P Dennis being indisposed.

MIAMI SURF – Pre – race blood sample. Over raced in the early stages of the event.

HOLY CAMP PAXTON – Pre – race blood sample.

 

 

RACE 3 – VILLAGE JOLT @ LOCHEND STUD LADYSHIP PACE – 1740 metres

EASTBRO KATIE – Had a tendency to hang out under pressure over the concluding stages. Connections advised that corrective gear may be applied moving forward. Post – race swab sample.

DANCE ADDITION – Pre – race blood sample. Driver N Day reported the tongue tie broke during the event.

BETTERTHANTHEBOYZ – Pre – race blood sample.

 

 

RACE 4 – CONQUEST POOLS PACE – 2270 metres

ONETWO THREECHEESE – Pre – race blood sample.

PEGGYVILLE – Post – race swab sample.

JUSTA WEE NEEDY – Pre – race blood sample. Over raced in the early and middle stages of the event.

ABS TENANTS NZ - Driver Mr J Painting was cautioned for the manner in which he applied the whip over the concluding stages.

SASHA– Over raced in the early stages of the event.

 

 

RACE 5 – RIVERINA AWARDS NIGHT 25 JUNE PACE – 1740 metres

QUICK STEP NZ– Pre – race blood sample. Driver A Richardson was queried regarding the tactics he adopted during the running of the event.  Mr Richardson explained that after obtaining the lead easily in the early stages was presented with a challenge for the position from SPEED OF SOUND and given the early sectionals elected to maintain the lead. He further added that was left somewhat flat over the concluding stages of the event given the pressure through the middle stages of the event. Stewards noted his comments.           

ILLAWONG ASTRO – Declared a late scratching at 9.47am on veterinary advice.

BILLYSBREDONE – Post - race swab sample.

SHES A CARIBBEAN – Broke stride shortly after the start. A warning was issued.

SPEED OF SOUND – Pre – race blood sample. Driver R Coelli was fined $100 under 163(1)(g) for commencing to shift up the track prior to the start being effected.

 

 

RACE 6 – WALSH & BLAIR PACE – 1740 metres

ONA MERRY DANCE – Pre – race blood sample. Raced ungenerously throughout.

FIRE AND SWORD - Over raced in the early and middle stages of the event.

KAMENDABLE FEELING – Bucked in the middle stages of the score up and momentarily went out of stride. Connections were advised that given its recent record it will now be excluded from the mobile barrier draw.

MELODYS MISCHIEF NZ – Pre – race blood sample.

OUR SIR JACK – Declared a late scratching at 10am due to Trainer P Dennis being indisposed.

DRESSED IN GOLD NZ– Over raced in the early and middle stages of the event. Post – race swab sample.

 

 

RACE 7 – WORKOUT WAGGA PACE – 1740 metres

LIGHT UP BILLY– Post – race swab sample.

ROLL ON THE BEACH – Pre – race blood sample.

PYRRHIC DANCER – Over raced in the early stages of the event.

 

 

RACE 8 – THE TAB APP PACE – 1740 metres

RUN VIV RUN – Pre – race blood sample.

CONROD KENZE - Declared a late scratching at 10am due to Trainer P Dennis being indisposed.

COUNTRY GRAMMAR NZ – Over raced and contacted own sulky in the early stages of the event resulting in a puncture to the offside sulky wheel.

CMONBABYLITEMYFIRE – Over raced in the early and middle stages of the event.

NELLIE PEPPER– Pre – race blood sample.

SECRET BLING – Post – race swab sample.
