RACE 1 – HRNSW GUARANTEED LADYSHIP PACE – 2120metres

YARRAMAN KAYLOU - Pre-race blood sample.

SCRUFFY MOTO - Over-raced during the middle stages of the event.

ULTIMATE TROUBLE - Shifted out under pressure over the final 100 metres. Post-race swab sample.

SCARLET BLING - Broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was issued. Broke multiple times in running. In view of the performance the mare will be stood down until it can complete one satisfactory trial.

RACE 2 – ZOO FM PACE – 1720metres

KARLOO DIDDY - Pre-race blood sample.

GOOD CHAT - Raced roughly after the start.

BARLOR HEAVEN - Post-race swab sample.

BARRYS ROSE - Over-raced during the early stages of the event and near the 1400 metres hung in and broke. A warning was issued.

FAKE MINT - Hung in during the score up. Will continue to be placed right outside the draw in future mobile starts. Hung in and contacted marker pegs at various stages of the event. A warning was issued. Held up for clear running for the majority of the home straight.

RACE 3 – ORANA WOOL & SCRAP METAL PACE – 1720metres

TWISTED MISTRESS - Over-raced during the middle stages of the event. Post-race swab sample.

LOOKOUT NZ - Gave ground over the final 500 metres.

MILLIONDOLLAR KISS - When questioned in relation to the performance of the mare which weakened over the final 400 metres. Driver J. Reynolds advised that the mare over-raced throughout the event which proved detrimental in its ability to finish off the race. 

KATASTROPHEE - Pre-race blood sample.

JIGGLE ART - Gave ground over the final 300 metres.

RACE 4 – CLUB DUBBO PACE – 1720metres

MOONLIGHT RIVER - Held up for clear running for the majority of the home straight.

JOES REDEMPTION - Galloped out at the start. A warning was issued.

BURRABADINE BULLET - Held up for clear running over the concluding stages of the event.

BORROWED TIME - Pre-race blood sample. Driver N. Turnbull was fined $100 under Rule 170(1)(a) for allowing his right foot to drop from the sulky rest over the final 100 metres. Driver N. Turnbull was reprimanded under Rule 170(2) for allowing his body to protrude from the sulky over the concluding stages of the event. Post-race swab sample.

RACE 5 –BLUES MEATS PACE – 1720metres

THE IRISH EAGLE -Broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. Will be placed on its last chance in the mobile barrier draw. 

THEARTOFINFUSION - Near the 200 metres hung in and contacted marker pegs.

DUN SPRUIKIN - Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

RACE 6 – SHIRE BAR & GRILL 2YO PACE – 1720metres

IM HERE TO PARTY - Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

CHASIN YOU - Near the 300 metres tightened and contacted marker pegs when MAMMALS BLAZE shifted in to avoid WINDY HILL WHISKY which broke.

MAMMALS BLAZE - Near the 300 metres Inconvenienced when WINDY HILL WHISKY broke.

DOING - Trainer G. Betts was fined $100 under Rule 273(6)(a) for presenting the gelding with the incorrect saddle cloth numbers. Trainer/Driver G. Betts pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 273(2)(b) for presenting the gelding with insecure gear that being that near the 750 metres the offside rein became detached from the bit and as a result the gelding was taken to the infield and retired from the event. G. Betts was fined $500. In assessing penalty Stewards took into account Mr. Betts guilty plea and his clear record for this rule.

WINDY HILL WHISKY - Near the 300 metres became unbalanced and galloped. A warning was issued.

MAJOR RECKONING - Near the 250 metres was checked and broke when CHASIN YOU shifted out after contacting marker pegs.

RACE 7 – REGIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK PACE – 1720metres

SHOOBEES SUNSET - Stewards questioned Driver J. Coney in regards to the performance of the filly which weakened over the final 200 metres to be beaten 27 metres. J. Coney stated that she was able to obtain an easy lead and filly travelled well until placed under pressure near the 400 metres where it failed to respond to her driving and was disappointing. Stewards noted the comments.

MISS BLUE STORK - Near the 300 meters inconvenienced when LAUREN LINO broke.

MISS PENDLE HILL - Hung out during the score up and raced roughly. Near the 300 metres was checked when LAUREN LINO broke.

CELEBRITY CRUISE - Inconvenienced during the score up when MISS PENDLE HILL hung out. Near the 300 metres was checked when LAUREN LINO broke.

SAUCEY TOOTH - Post-race swab sample.

LAUREN LINO - Driver B. Medlyn pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 163(1)(b)(i) for forcing another runner wider in that near the 700 metres he shifted his runner wider on the track resulting in TULHURST TOOT TOOT to be forced four wide prior to the candy pole. B. Medlyn’s licence to drive in races was suspended for a period of 7 days to commence at midnight 15th November 2024.

RACE 8 - RACING AGAIN SATURDAY 30 NOVEMBER PACE - 1720metres

THREE PARTS GREY - Stewards questioned Driver J. Coney in regards to the performance of the mare which weakened to be beaten 35 metres. J. Coney was unable to offer any explanation for the performance as the mare travelled well during the event however failed to respond when asked for an effort from the 400 metres.

KARINYA MAX - Gave ground over the final 300 metres.

HARLEY JAMES - An inquiry into an incident involving HARLEY JAMES and MIDNIGHT TERROR has been adjourned to Wednesday 13th November due to Driver O. Frisby leaving the course without permission.

Supplementary Report - Wednesday 13th November 2024

Driver E. Turnbull pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) for causing interference in that near the 1000 metres she shifted her runner down the track when not sufficiently clear of MIDNIGHT TERROR which contacted marker pegs and was checked. E. Turnbull’s licence to drive in races was suspended for a period of 7 days to commence at midnight 22nd November 2024.

MIDNIGHT TERROR - Near the 1000 metres contacted marker pegs when racing to the inside of HARLEY JAMES. An inquiry into this incident has been adjourned to Wednesday 13th November 2024 due to Driver O. Frisby leaving the course after being directed to remain on course. Driver O. Frisby had her driver’s licence stood down pending the outcome of an inquiry in regards to her leaving the course when directed to stay. The inquiry will be held on Wednesday 13th November 2024.

Supplementary Report - Wednesday 13th November 2024

Driver O. Frisby pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 187(3) for failing to comply with a Stewards direction in that after being directed to remain on course by Stewards, she immediately left the course without further permission. Driver O. Frisby was fined $1000 with $500 of that suspended for a period of 2 years.

RACE 9 - TAB VENUE MODE PACE - 1720metres

GLOBAL GODDESS - Driver J. Abbott was found guilty of a charge under Rule 149(2) for an unacceptable drive in that after making use of his gelding in the earrly stages to maintain the lead it was unacceptable to resist the challenge of RIPPIN AN TWISTIN when that runner challenged for the lead between the 1500 metres and 1400 metres considering the gelding’s established form at previous starts and as a result of these tactics the gelding weakened to be beaten 58 metres. J. Abbott’s licence to drive in races was suspended for a period of 6 weeks to commence at midnight 10th November 2024. 

AUTHENTIC - Tired over the final 500 metres to be beaten 54 metres. The gelding will be placed on its last chance to race truly.
