Race 1 –BURWOOD STUD 2YO TROTTERS HANDICAP          2138M

NONIS GOLD CLASS - Broke gait after the start. A warning was issued. Driver reprimanded for contacting a marker peg on the home turn. (R. 163(1)(c))

AFRICAN GALA - Fractious before the start. Inclined to shift out rounding the home turn.

SERENA LOVE – Paced out and broke at the start. A warning was issued. Broke gait approaching the 1900m. In view of the filly’s previous record Serena Love was stood for a period of 2 weeks and the filly must trial satisfactorily on two (2) consecutive occasions

Race 2 –I H CAPITAL 0 TO 1 WIN TROTTERS HANDICAP       2138M

THE EMULATOR – Broke gait near the 600m. The mare will be placed on its last chance to race truly.

CARPOPHORUS – Fractious before the start. Shifted in and contacted a marker post near the 800m. Contacted a number of marker posts when under pressure and yielding ground leaving the 300m. A warning was issued.

LOOK FOR TASCOTT – Raced wide in the early stages until working forward to a position in the one-wide line near the 1300m.

Race 3 –PRYDE'S EASIFEED EASIOIL UP TO NR60 MOBILE TROT            2138M

YOU REALLY GOT ME NZ – Broke gait near the 200m. After review of the gelding’s recent record, You Really Got Me NZ was stood for a period of 2 weeks and the gelding must trial satisfactorily on two (2) consecutive occasions.

FENOMENAL – Hung in and contacted a marker post near the 200m.

SON OF A SUN NZ – Broke gait during the score up resulting in the gelding being out of position at the start. The gelding will be drawn wide in mobile events.

SUPER SERVICE – Broke gait shortly after the start. The gelding will be drawn wide in mobile events.

CASCATA – After satisfying the requirements the mare will be placed back in the draw in mobile events.

Race 4 –SELECTIVE MOTORS ALBION 1 WIN PACE   1660M

No Racing Incidents

CHARMAWAY – After satisfying the requirements the mare will be placed back in the draw in mobile events.

Race 5 –WOLF SIGNS PACE    1660M

TEACHERS PET – Driver reprimanded for being late onto the track.

GALVARINO – Driver reprimanded for being late onto the track.

VICTREE CHARLIE – Slow to begin.

Race 6 –PSP TIP-TOP THURSDAY PACE        2138M

General: Due to a sudden storm passing over the venue, adverse weather conditions temporarily impacted the track, causing a delay in preparations and resulting in the race commencing later than its scheduled start time.

ROYAL PRINCESS -Was caught wide in the early stages before working forward initially to the position outside of the leader.

PROSPECTUS – Left a one-wide trailing position at the 1400m and worked forward. However after an unsuccessful challenge for the position outside of the leader was then restrained back to a mid-field trailing position.

YANKEE C J NZ – Raced wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader.

Race 7 –GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND PACE            1660M

DOLLAR BROWNIE – Raced ungenerously at stages during the event.

Race 8 –LADBROKES BIG BETS PACE           1660M

LULU MAE – Tightened for room and had to be steadied on the home turn when racing between Reds Star Deal which shifted in and Mach Assassin which shifted out to improve.

HELL IM SMOOTH – Scratched on advice of the veterinarian at 3:30 p.m. after being found lame. A veterinary clearance will be required before Hell Im Smooth again races.
