Race 1:BURWOOD STUD 2YO MAIDEN PACE            1660M

MISS BLUETRUMP Hung in leaving the home turn contacting a marker peg. Raced roughly under pressure shortly before the winning post.  

WHATA GOOD FEELING  Failed to circle in the pre-race preliminary circle.

MISSION POSSIBLE Broke gait shortly after the start and will now be drawn to the outside for future mobile starts.

Race 2:WOLF SIGNS TROTTERS DISCRETIONARY HANDICAP            2138M

 

SUPER SERVICE  Stepped and led the event before obtaining cover nearing the 1600 metre point from SON OF A SON NZ.

CALL ME TROUBLE NZ Galloped out at the start and will continue to be drawn to the extreme outside for future standing starts.

SON OF A SUN NZ Worked forward to obtain the lead nearing the 1600 metre point.

BANFF Hung in and raced roughly for a short distance rounding the home turn.

IZARRA Checked and broke gait when KODA DA MODA yielded ground quickly leaving the 900 metre point and no action was taken against the Mare.

KODA DA MODA Commenced to tire and yield ground quickly leaving the 900 metre point of the event before being retired from the event shortly after. A post race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have Cardiac Arrythmia and will be subsequently stood down for a period of 14 days complete respite, one satisfactory requalifying trial prior to resuming racing and the results of a satisfactory ECG report and veterinary clearance prior to resuming racing.

Race 4: I H CAPITAL TROTTERS RATING HANDICAP 2138M

The all clear was delayed to ascertain if a fair start had been obtained by runners on the Front and 10 metre marks as both strands were slow to clear the track which resulted in ILLUSORY FEAT, VOLTAIN and YSMIR being inconvenienced briefly at the start by the strands being slow to clear. After viewing the stewards patrol footage stewards were satisfied that the horses had obtained a fair start and the all clear was subsequently given.

ILLUSORY FEAT Inconvenienced at the start then galloped for a short distance no action was taken on the Mare in this instance.

NATTY PAGGER NZ Fractious before the start.

IGNITE Briefly locked stays with ALADDIN SANE NZ rounding the home turn for a short distance.  

VOLTAIN Contacted the sulky of ALADDIN SANE NZ when that Gelding commenced to yield ground leaving the home turn quickly resulting in the Mare being placed in restricted room and breaking gait for a short distance. No action was taken against the Mare in this instance.

YSMIR Inconvenienced at the start for a short distance when the strand was slow to clear.

CROOKWELL EYES Inconvenienced at the start for a short distance when the strand was slow to clear.

ALADDIN SANE NZ Briefly locked stays with IGNITE rounding the home turn for a short distance

Race 5: NUTRIEN EQUINE PACE         1660M

VICTREE CHARLIE Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.  

LUVN OSMAN Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.

PINKCHAMPAGNE Held up for clear running over the concluding stages of the event.

BRACKEN WARRIOR Commenced a three wide run without cover leaving the 800 metre point.

MONOPOLLIE Commenced a three wide run with cover leaving the 800 metre point.

Race 6: RACING & SPORTS.COM PACERS BAND HANDICAP            2138M

 

GO THE RED Galloped out for a short distance and a warning was placed on the Gelding.                             

SO SIRIUS NZ Galloped out at the start and will now be drawn to the outside for future standing starts.   

                                                   

                                                   

Race 7: OUTKAST NATIONAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION PACE            2138M
                       

COMMODORE JUJON Surrendered the lead over the early stages of the event however retook the lead nearing the 1600 metre point of the event to lead over the remainder.               

BEACHRIDE Completed the event with a broken offside spreader.                                                             

O B LEGAL NZworked forward over the start of the event to lead however surrendered the lead nearing the 1600 metre point of the event. Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.  

                                                   
 

Race 8: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND PACE 2138M

FULL OF CHARM Raced roughly at the start for a short distance placing the mare at somewhat of a disadvantage over the early stages of the event.

JILLIBY GIDDEY Placed back in the mobile draw after two successful consecutive mobile starts.

Race 9: LADBROKES QUICK MULTI PACE     1660M

EPIC ERNIE Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish, Unable to secure clear running over the concluding stages of the event.                

IMANI Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.                  

FAKISTRA Raced three wide without cover over the early stages of the event working forward to the position outside of the leader nearing the 1000 metre point.                                  

CAPTAIN NEMO NZ Commenced a three wide run without cover leaving the 800 metre point of the event.   

DEEBO Inclined to hang in under pressure over the concluding stages of the event.
