Race 1 - WOLF SIGNS NR70-99 VETERANS PACE (SKY 2)     1660M

STORMTIDE – Hung in when racing wide leaving the 400m.

TAIRLAW TOLL NZ – Raced wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader.

ALTA EQUUS – After satisfying QRIC requirements the horse will be placed back in the draw in mobile events.

Race 2 – LADBROKES MATES MODE HOSTED POTS UP TO NR70 PACE   1660M

WESTERN ARTERRA – Sustained an off-side flat tyre near the 400m.

GLENLEDI BOY NZ – Driver fined – careless driving.

BETTING ORIGIN – Was caught wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader.

CALLING BUDDY – Left a one wide trailing position at the 1100m and worked forward to the position outside of the leader near the 900m.

KASH US BACK – Pulled hard in the score up.

General: Paige Bevan (Glenledi Boy Nz) was fined $100 for being careless when shifting out leaving the 300m which resulted in the off-side sulky wheel of Western Arterra (Jordon Topping) being struck and punctured. (AHR 168(1)(a).

Race 3 - GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND PACE            1660M

A PERFECT DANCE – Held up for a clear run at a vital stage in the straight.

BORELLA NZ – Hung out after the start before being restrained to the rear of the field. A warning was issued. Hung in when racing wide leaving the 300m.

BLACKJACK BART – Raced wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader.

Race 4 - RACING & SPORTS.COM PACE         2138M

THERESACHANCE – Gave ground over the final 400m to be beaten 51.2 metres. An examination by the veterinarian subsequent to the race found no abnormalities at time of examination.

KASH TIN – Was caught wide in the early stages before working forward to the position in the lead near the 1500m.

JACCKA COOPER NZ – Held up for a clear run to the finish.

Race 5 – STANCE EQUITEC PACE      1660M

HEAVENLY WISDOM – Tightened for racing room near the 1400m when La Sabina shifted in and  away from Mullum Doc as that horse crossed to the marker posts.

MONTEREY JACK NZ – Inconvenienced when caught behind the tiring Batman Bart rounding the home turn.

THE TIGER ARMY – Was restrained to the rear of the field after being caught wide in the early stages.

ROLLING BONUS - Left a one wide trailing position at the 1300m and worked forward initially to the position outside of the leader near the 1000m.

GOODTIME CRACKER – Fractious in the score resulting in the gelding being out of position at the candy pole. The gelding will continue to be drawn wide in mobile events.

BATMAN BART – Raced wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader.

Race 6 - LEADING EDGE SECURITY MAIDEN PACE   1660M

MOVE HEAVENNEARTH – Was caught wide in the early stages before working forward to a position in the one-wide line near the 1000m.

ELIARN – After satisfying QRIC requirements the horse will be placed back in the draw in mobile events.

CRADOCK – Broke gait near the 600m and again near the 100m. After review of the gelding’s recent record Craddock was stood down for a period of 2 weeks and the gelding must trial satisfactorily on two (2) consecutive occasions.

JOHN SNOW NZ – Raced roughly leaving the 400m.

Race 7 - I H CAPITAL TROTTERS MOBILE      2138M

CROOKWELL EYES – Found to have bled from one (1) nostril post -race. The gelding was stood down pending a satisfactory trial.

THEBESTBOURBON – Broke gait on the home turn. A warning was issued.

HAMMER SON – Raced wide in the early stages before working forward initially to the position outside of the leader.

CALL ME TROUBLE NZ – Overraced and pulled hard during the event. Left a one wide trailing position at the 1400m and worked forward to the position outside of the leader near the 1100m. Gave ground from the 600m to be beaten 67.6 metres. The gelding will be placed on its last chance to race competitively.

Race 8 – NUTRIEN EQUINE UP TO 2 3YO+ WINS PACE          1660M

HES REGAL – Was restrained to the rear of the field after being caught wide in the early stages.

Race 9 – THE LADBROKES ULTIMATE DRIVER CHAMPIONSHIP FEATURING PETER MCMULLEN TROTTERS RATING HANDICAP            2138M

MIRA SATURN – Broke gait after the start. The filly will be placed on its last chance in the draw.

DORA LEE – Broke gait near the 1400m.  Given the horse's previous record in this regard the fillywill be placed on its last chance to race truly.

EN MASSE NZ – Checked after the start.

TRIAGE – Galloped at the start before being checked shortly after. Connections requested that the gelding be placed on the extreme outside in future standing start events.

BENJI HALL – Driver fined unapproved whip use.

IGNITE – Inconvenienced after the start when Mira Saturn galloped.

NATTY PAGGER NZ – Inconvenienced after the start when Mira Saturn galloped.

HOLD MY HAT DOUG – Near the 1400m when over racing contacted the sulky of My Rumour Has It NZ and broke gait for a few strides.

ALDEBARAN FONZ – Inconvenienced after the start when Mira Saturn galloped.

General: Adam Sanderson (Hold My Hat Doug) was fined $200 for applying the rein in an unapproved manner over the final 100 metres. (AHR 156(2)(a)).

Angus Garrard (Benji Hall) was fined $400 for applying the whip in a continuous manner over the final 100 metres. In determining penalty Stewards noted that Mr Garard had a recent whip breach. (AHR 156(3)).

Race 10 - BURWOOD STUD 2YO MAIDEN PACE         1660M

FRANCS FOR COMING – Hung in during the later stages of the score up.

FIGHT TO THE END – Raced wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader near the 1000m.
