Elevated TCO2 Policy- BLISSFULL LILLY

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy,   BLISSFULL LILLY    will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Kilmore   race meeting on  4 July   2024.
