HRA Industry Notice - Whiplash Sniper & Bladerunner Sulky Wheel Approval

Harness Racing Australia (HRA) has approved the use of the Whiplash Bladerunner  and Whiplash Sniper Sulky Wheels in racing and trial events, effective from 15 January 2015.

As part of the HRA approval process these sulky wheels have been tested for strength, durability and performance.  This testing is performed by Human Impact Engineering.  These sulky wheels have also been used in trials under the supervision of stewards.  

These wheels conform to all the requirements of the HRA Sulky Wheel Approval Policy and meets the HRA Standards.

HRA takes the process of testing new products very seriously as it impacts on the health and safety of all participants as well as the welfare of the racing horses.
