OVERVIEW: AVANT GUARD (5) was placed in the 4yo Vicbred Final and will find this much easier than last start. Racing well and looks hard to hold out. STRZELECKI SUN (7) promising 3yo that shows loads of talent. Steps up against more seasoned trotters but his natural ability suggest he’s a major threat. INMYDREAMS (6) experienced mare that resumes from a freshen up and is sure to make her presence felt. Both MOJITO MADNESS (3) and WHIZZBANG DAN (4) are speedy types that can race in forward positions and must be respected. AT THE DISTANCE (2) and BLANCO CANYON (1) are place and first four hopes.

MASTER REMI (7) is never far away and will be doing his best work late and must be respected along with UBETTA KNOT (2) is a fast beginner and does have the draw to settle handy and would not surprise. ROCKAWAY BEACH (3) SWEET REVENGE (1) OUR FIRE AND DELIGHT (4) are amongst the place and first four chances.

BLITZER I HOPE (3) is still learning her craft but strikes a very winnable race. One of the chances. PETITE FOUR (2) can improve along with VELVETNLACE (4) and both have claims along with BRIGITTE ROYALE (6) BALLIANGUS (5) PRETTY PENNY MAORI (1) COLUMBIAS GONZALES (7) and manners will determine their final placings and must be taken on trust.

OVERVIEW: BART BENTLEY (5) racing with great zest and was able to lead throughout last start to win. Slightly harder here with a wider draw but expect a big showing. Stable mates MACHANE SAID (1) and HARRYS A ROCKSTAR (3) have ideal draws to race in prominent positions and both are winning hopes. TRIPLE VINNIES (6) will find this slightly easier than recent starts and despite the wide draw will make his presence felt. WOTDIDUSAAAY (7) not far away first up and strips fitter. Smart when right and can’t be dismissed. Both MORVAH (4) and ROYLANCE (2) are place and first four hopes.

AUCKLAND RED (2) has performed well for the new stable and drawn to be handy and will be in this for a long way. IM A DENNY TOO (5) racing well against stronger opposition and is never far away. Must be respected. JUDES DUDE (6) has never raced better and is proving very versatile and is a major chance again here. SPORTS WRACK (7) speedy type drawn wide but if he strikes a suitable run race, he can’t be ignored. BENBULLAN (4) does possess a big finishing burst and tempo will suit here. Sure to be running on late whilst MAYWYNS JEWEL (3) and POPCORNFRIDAY (8) can’t be ignored.

OUR CHRISTIANO (10) has never raced better and despite the second row draw can figure in the finish again. ALPHA CRUCIS (4) GROOM (5) and TOPHUT JOHNY (7) are capable pacers that are suited in a race of this class and are amongst the chances. KITCH MACRAY (2) and SIR FLOYD (6) are going well and have claims. 2yo SPEEDY HEALEY (11) is going better than his figure form reads and despite the tough draw, would not surprise. SAVERIO (9) is a first four hope.

NORTHOLT (4) was first up and specked at odds last start but needed the run. Can improve dramatically and would not surprise. WHATS THE TEA (9) MIDNIGHT AVENGER (2) RIGHT OF REPLY (1) MAORI DUCHESS (10) have ability when at their best and can’t be dismissed.
