OVERVIEW: PRIORITISE (9) will be the first of multiple odds-on favourites and whilst he is naught from six and first-up with no victories from four recent trials he won’t get a better chance to win a race. GUARANTEED END (1) was second on debut before striking trouble last start and is the obvious danger. WHATS GLENDA GOT (7), TO THE NINES (6) and DIAMOND KRUSHER (4) rate next.

OVERVIEW: COTTON CANDY MAN (6) must contend with the widest barrier on the front row but since breaking his maiden this is the easiest race he has subsequently contested. RIVERGUM COUNTESS (5) might not be the worst whilst WHITE STAR VILLAGE (7) is an obvious chance. EGBERT (11) has a tough gate whilst MUSTANG MAX (3), TACT TORY (9) and ABOVE AVERAGE (10) are all chances.

Race 3:
OVERVIEW: UNETHICAL (1) isn’t a bad leader and gets Michelle Phillips to drive which is surely a positive so she can go close from the draw. COULDNT RECOMMEND (7) gets a trailing draw and has been much better at her last two runs. FENG SHUI STAR (8) is the interesting runner first-up in the Sunraysia. SWISS LIGHTNING (4) has been very consistent of late and deserves a win.

OVERVIEW: PERCESSION (10) is the second of five Emma Stewart runners on the program and whilst he has the highest barrier to overcome, he looks hard to beat following his effortless debut victory at Melton last week. MISS BALLYMENA (9) was sixth last start but had four consecutive thirds prior and might be best of the rest over the in-form pair of SPORTY PHILTRA (3) and SHIREEN (5).

Race 5:
OVERVIEW: TALK IS CHEAP (3) is the reserve getting a run and is first-up since October without a trial, but she does look very well placed in this contest if she is fit enough. STARZINHEREYES (7) has fitness on her side but a sticky barrier to put up with. BARACK ENOBRAC (6) and SOUTHPAW SLUGGER (11) both ran well last week and can do well despite their draws.

Race 6:
OVERVIEW: TOUGH SHAZ (9) resumed as a three-year-old at Geelong in June with an effortless victory and was doing her best work late in a recent Bendigo trial and should win as she likes. SPRING DELIGHT (1) looks to rate clear second best from the draw after last week’s win over CHEDALAYO (8), MARTHA LAVINIA (10), FOXY TWO GLOVES (11), ROLLING BONUS (4) and OUR MASTER PLAY (2).

OVERVIEW: STITCHED UP DAN (8) has led throughout to win both of her starts to date at Bendigo and Melton and despite a second-row barrier should have no problem completing the hat-trick. SPORTING RAGE (5) is racing well with two South Australian victories prior to a third last week. HEART OF COOPER (9) continues to go great guns and NEDS BEACH (7) is in good form as well.

OVERVIEW: SHANLOU (10) has the highest barrier to put up with but is the obvious class runner and on her recent Melton performances should be able to win with a leg in the air. I BET YOU (5) is probably the leader at least early on, so he rates second. SHADOW TERROR (8) rates next over OZZIE BATTLER (7) who was impressive when last running at this venue.

OVERVIEW: AMYS BABY ANGEL (6) won’t find it easy from the widest barrier but she is dropping further in grade so she should be starting to find a race that she can win. CHEERS POVERTY (5) is a dead set leader and will go close if able to find the top. BELLA ABBY (9) was way too good last week but this is harder. SUNFINE (11) rates next.

IM STUCK MAN (7) should be around the mark once more whilst CENTREFIRE (7) has been a good winner at his last two but draws awkwardly in this.

OVERVIEW: OUR VINCENT CAN GOGH (5) has been down the track in two runs back, but he hasn’t been disgraced in very strong Free For All’s at Melton and looks very hard to beat with the barrier draw advantage over ULTIMATE VINNIE (7) who will need some luck from his spot. COURAGEOUS SAINT (3) and ALL DA RAGE (8) rate next but definitely don’t write off some others.
