Race 1:
OVERVIEW: BELLA DANZA (6) promising filly that showed gate speed to lead last start when first up and was just run down. Strips fitter for this and expect a big showing. SHE HAUNTS EM (5) recent form has been very solid. Going well and can find out the finish. FRUGAL FARE (9) very good effort last start when working around the field into the breeze and fought on strongly. A major chance here. ALABAMA ICE (7) lightly raced 6yo and still learning his craft but does have natural ability and speed and can make his presence felt. I LIKE WHAT I SEE (2) has been bursting to win another race and draws to get every chance. Should be in this for a long way. G B BRAVE (8) 2yo colt racing against the older horse. Will receive a soft trip along the pegs and if the breaks come his way, he will be storming home late. FREMONT STREET (11) can keep improving.

OVERVIEW: VINCE LOMBARDI (5) lightly raced 3yo searching to win his first race and didn’t handle his first trip to Mildura last start but his prior form was encouraging. Gets another chance in this. MIKI MARK (2) improving type that gets a favourable draw and is working up to a win. Definite chance. DO IT (6) first starter that has trialled well and is sure to be well prepared for his race debut. Expect a forward showing. EIGHT POUND HAMMER (8) is going well and ready to win! Just needs some racing luck now!! RENROW LAD (3) interstate visitor in a smart stable. Not far away last start and the form line is solid for this. Must be respected. SON A BROAD (1) BETATHANABOUGHTONE (7) LITTLE SHOWGIRL (4) ANAKIN (9) all show ability and can keep improving. Place and first four claims.

OVERVIEW: JACKSBOY (3) has been close in recent times and strikes a suitable race from a nice draw. Drawn well and looks well placed to fight out the finish. LORIMERMAJOR (9) hasn’t won since Feb 2023 but continues to close late. Suited and gets another chance. Each Way. COUNTRY ROCKSTAR (2) drawn well and racing in good fashion and should be fighting out the finish and is one of the main winning chances. EYE SEE PHILTRA (7) is a talented pacer on his day and been in good form in recent starts. Draws wide but will prove hard to hold out again. BUS STOP (10) has won four of his past six starts and been well placed and managed. Harder here but in form. Must be respected again.

OUR MYSTERY BET (2) strikes a suitable race and drawn well and should be in the finish whilst BRONSKI IMOMENT (5) MAJOR SUSPECT (8) will be running home late. ARRAPS (7) a last start winner can make his presence felt again. SHAKEN SANDS (3) is first up and might run well fresh.

NIKI NAH NAH (8) drawn to get a quite trip along the pegs and will be doing her best work late along with STAG PARTY (3) and MONGIANA (5) all must be considered amongst the place and first four hopes.

OVERVIEW: CHIRRIPO (7) tough dour mare that rarely runs a poor race and is sure to make her presence felt again. One of the main chances. SASSINESS (9) a winner at her second run back from a spell under the care of talented horsewoman Rebecca Bartley. Going well and expect a big showing. LOVE WATCH (8) lightly raced pacer doing a good job with three wins from five starts. Harder but runs well again. REGAL ROCK (5) both runs this time in have been very encouraging and should continue to improve. Must include. SKY CITY (6) very honest pacer that is always around the placings and must be respected again here. RUBY WINGATE (2) NOMORELYING (3) BEE GEE CEE (4) are place and first four hopes.

COBBER MAC (8) was buried on the pegs last start and hasn’t enjoyed much racing luck but is going better than his figure form reads. MYNAMEISRUBY (4) hasn’t been far away of late and has claims. Both FANTASY BEACH (11) and BETTOR THAN MOST (9) will be doing their best work late and are amongst the place and first four chances.

MAJESTIC CONNIES (5) can begin fast and should be prominent throughout and can show improvement here whilst stablemate KYVALLEY SURFRIDER (1) back to the stand conditions and drawn the pegs are a plus. No luck two starts ago and things didn’t shape up last start Can make amends here. BELLMAC BAMBI (2) a regular placegetter that is never far away and runs well again here. MIDNIGHT AVENGER (3) good win last start, harder here but must be respected along with DANCES (6) as place and first four hopes.
