OVERVIEW: BLUE OCEAN (4) suited over the sprint trip and will race in a forward position and should prove hard to hold out. ROCKNROLL RANGER (2) drawn well and does have gate speed and can settle on the speed and should be in it for a long way. RONZEL SONNY (11) quirky pacer that can do plenty wrong but on his best form he can make his presence felt. AHARAH (1) lacks early gate speed but is he can hold up along the pegs she will be running on late along with AREUOHKAY (8) that will strip fitter.

Race 2:
OVERVIEW: PLAYA DEL CARMEN (4) has been thereabouts in recent starts and was just behind the placegetters at her latest run. Looks suited against these to get very chance to win her second race. BELLMAC BAMBI (7) experienced trotter that is never far away and can threaten here. LUNA (3) was close two starts ago at this track in a similar race and can fight out the finish. TENSION SEEKER (1) UNSPOKEN LOVE (8) PRIMZ LUCK (9) are amongst the place and first four hopes.

Race 3:
OVERVIEW: ITS DIAMOND CREEK (6) hasn’t enjoyed the best of racing luck in recent starts and is going much better than his figure form suggests. Expect a forward showing. MAORI FRANKLIN (5) improved effort last start and looks suited here and expect a forward showing. SORELLA (2) drawn well and should strip fitter here after two runs back from a spell and can run well. ITS NOT LOVE ME (11) getting fitter with each run and look for further progress in this. BROTHER JOSEPH (1) has shown ability but has his share of quirks. First up from a long spell but drawn well and a forward showing would not surprise along with CHARLIE WALKER (4) that has been doing thigs wrong of late but can improve here.

OVERVIEW: SPECULATOR (1) draws well and should enjoy a good trip from the pole position and is racing well and will get every chance. OUR ULTIMATE BONNY (5) speedy mare that likes to lead and should give a great sight. SWISS LIGHTNING (2) continues to race in consistent form and from the draw should be in the finish again. SILVER DOMINO (9) gets a nice trailing draw and will be running home late whilst NICOLESCRUISER (3) is never far away and is a place and first four hope.

NAI HARN BAY (6) a last start winner after some promising lead up runs and can run well again. INTO THE HARKNESS (7) still a maiden but shows ability and a win isn’t far away. Don’t dismiss. PRESIDENTIALCHANGE (8) drawn to get a soft trip along the pegs and will be running home late.

OVERVIEW: POPPY POPSTAR (1) has been racing very well without winning and is overdue for another win. Drawn to get a good trip and is one of the major chances. SALSKI (8) two runs back from a spell will have this mare primed for a strong showing. Looks a major threat. HOLD MY HAT DOUG (10) heavily backed last start when leading and was just run down. Might make amends here. APEX (9) gets a nice trailing draw and should enjoy a good trip and is amongst the place chances. ROMANTIC NINA (3) speedy mare that won well last start. Harder here and must be respected again.

OUR BETTER BRO (1) has been bursting to break through, but lack of early speed has been a disadvantage. If he can hold up from the pole position, he’s a major chance. STARZINHEREYES (2) speedy mare suited by the sprint trip and should give a great sight. Definite chance. ROYAL SAXON (10) is going better than his figure form reads and is not out of this along with MARY AUSTIN (9) that might appreciate the second line to enjoy a softer trip.

VALIENTE (2) is going much better than his figure form reads and looks well placed here to be a major threat whilst TALLARAS SHADOW (3) strips fitter and will continue to improve. ICY RECEPTION (9) is racing well at Mildura and has claims along with HEAVENLY BRIGADE (6) that is capable but needs luck from the draw.

A VAPAR STORM (8) is first up from a spell and drawn to get a soft trip and can run well fresh. BETTER BLUE BOYS (10) continues to get fitter and shouldn’t be ignored. Both OURBEACHBABE (9) and REDBANK MOLLY (12) have claims.
