Stewards noted the intended tactics from trainers with multiple runners in the one race

Race 1 - RQ & MARBURG PARTNERING FOR GROWTH PACE            1850M

Valkyrie Hanover (Lachie Manzelmann)– Was restrained to the rear of the field after being caught wide in the early stages. Raced roughly on the turn out of the front straight on the final occasion.

Race 2 – VALE ROBERT MACDONALD PACE 1850M

Chang (Clint Sneddon)– Hung in after the start resulting in contact with marker posts.

Pageantry (Mathew Neilson)– Gave ground badly over the final lap to be beaten 139 metres. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory and declared the gelding ineligible until it trials satisfactorily.

Private Jujon (Lachie Manzelmann)– Shifted ground under pressure in the run to the finish.

Regina Elena (Julie Weidemann)– Hung out on the turn after the start. Suffered a bleeding attack during the event. Acting under the provisions on AHR. 101 Regina Elena was stood down for a period of three (3) months plus a veterinary clearance and satisfactory trial.

Littledee (Matt Elkins)– Raced wide in the middle stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader.

Quality Time (Neil Murray)– Broke in the early stages of the score up resulting in the gelding being out of position at the start. Quality time will continue to be excluded from the barrier draw in future mobile events until Stewards are satisfied it can perform in the desired manner.

Race 3 - GARRARDS LOCKYER VALLEY VET PRACTICE PACE            2200M

ARTHUR LOWE NZ (Lachie Manzelmann)– Inclined to hang in during the event resulting in contact with  marker posts on the turn out of the front straight on the first occasion.

Race 4 - VALE DOUG MASSAM PACE 1850M

Essential Three (Julie Weidemann)– Hung out and raced ungenerously on the turn into the front straight on the first occasion when the pace of the race steadied.

Taleggio (Ricky Gordon)– Raced roughly at stages during the event.

Aurora Rose (Peter Greig)– Hung in when under pressure during the final LAP.

Nevaevabend (Zac Chappenden)– Inconvenienced when Essential Three raced ungenerously during the first lap.

Getaloadathisbro (Matt Elkins)– Raced wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader. Back in the draw in mobile events.

Race 5 – VALE KENNY PARKER PACE           1850M

My Secret Beach (Julie Weidemann)– Was restrained to the rear of the field after being caught wide in the early stages.

Yarramans Shadow (Jordan Topping)– Contacted sulky and broke gait on the turn into the front straight on the first occasion when racing to the inside of My Secret Beach.

General: Stewards inquired into the reason for Yarramans Shadow (Jordon Topping) contacting the sulky of My Secret Beach (Julie Weidemann) and breaking gait on the turn into the front straight on the first occasion. After consideration of the evidence provided by the Drivers Julie Weidemann was given the benefit of the doubt that she was fully responsible for the incident.

Race 6 - OAKWOOD CAPITAL PACE   1850M

Amused (Angus Garrard)- Broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. The gelding will be excluded from the barrier draw in future mobile events until Stewards are satisfied it can perform in the desired manner.

Race 7 – BANG FOR YOUR BUCK HORSEGEAR PACE          1850M

Bustn Feelz Good (Chloe Butler)- Was restrained to the rear of the field after being caught wide in the early stages.

Race 8 - TAB PACE      1850M

Studleigh Will (Pete McMullen)– Contacted the barrier arm during the later stages of the score up and raced roughly.

Heartbreak (Matt Elkins)– Inconvenienced in the score when Studleigh Will raced roughly after contacting the barrier arm. Held up for a clear run at a vital stage in the straight.

Dennington Heights (Dannielle Veivers)– Raced wide in the middle stages and after an unsuccessful challenge for the position outside the leader the gelding raced wide for the remainder of the event.

My Ultimate Louie (Ricky Gordon)– Broke gait on the turn out of the front straight on the final occasion. The gelding will be placed on its last chance to race truly
