Race 1 - STEVE TOWNS 2YO MAIDEN PACE  1850M

Gleneagle Buzz (Shane Graham) Gate speed to lead. Shifted out on the turn into the front straight in the run to the finish.

Tactics Are Rollin (Pete McMullen) Broke after the start. Will be drawn wide in future mobile events. Galloped on the turn out of the back straight in the first lap and again on the turn out of the front straight in the final lap. Taking into account both occurrences a last chance to race truly was placed on the filly.

Glemelly Beach (Jonah Hutchinson) Raced roughly and hung in during early part of the the score up.    

Skylar Bree (Justin Elkins) Shifted out under pressure on the turn into the frnt straight in the run to the finish.

Race 2 – ALL TOWNS SEPTIC TANK CLEANING PACE          1850M

Living Free (Angus Garrard) Gate speed to lead.

Mustang Dude (Julie Weidemann) Obtained trail early.

My Ultimate Heston (Ricky Gordon) Caught wide early then worked forward to occupy position outside leader.

Turn Turn Flyer (Pete McMullen) Held up in the front straight in the run to the finish when the sulkies of Mustang Dude and Many Delights engaged.

Just One Good One NZ (Lachie Manzelmann) Had a tendency to over race throughout.

General:          Tallegio (M.Neilson) which bled during the course of this event will be stood down from racing for a period of three (3) months and until a veterinary certificate of fitness is produced and completion of a satisfactory trial. It was noted that the off side tyre on the sulky on Mustang Dude was punctured in the front straight in the run to the finish. Stewards noted that Mustang Dude shifted out slightly at this point.

Race 3 - THANKS TO SNEDDON FAMILY PACE          1850M

A Good Ideal NZ (Angus Garrard) Gate speed to lead.

Cannan (Lachie Manzelmann) Caught wide early then obtained trail middle and late.

Jacobs Thunder (Matt Elkins) Raced roughly on the turn out of the front straight in the first lap then broke on the turn into the front straight with a lap remaining. The gelding will be required to trial to the satisfaction of the stewards before racing again.

Shezaluckylady (Mathew Neilson) Broke in the front straight with a lap remaining. The mare was placed on a last chance to race truly.

Pom Pay (Graham Betts) Race wide mid race to occupy position outside leader.

General:          No racing incidents.

Race 4 - OAKWOOD CAPITAL STAKES           1850M

Ghost Gum (Julie Weidemann) Gate speed to lead.

Dinosaurus Rex (Graham Betts) Obtained trail early stages of the event.

Chasin Dreamz (Angus Garrard) Gate speed, outside leader throughout the event.

Jilliby Gizmo (Mathew Neilson) Restrained after start to rear. Unable to secure clear running over the concluding stages of the event.

General:          No racing incidents.

Race 5 – RON KNACK PACE   1850M

Getaloadathisbro (Matt Elkins) Shifted out and raced roughly on the turn into the front straight in the first lap of the event.

Darby Brights (Julie Weidemann) Broke gait in the front straight in the final lap. A last chance to race truly was placed on the mare.

Batman Bart (Nathan Dawson) Broke after jumping shadow in the front straight in the first lap, of the event. A last chance to race truly was placed on the gelding.

Joy Maker (Pete McMullen) Led three (3) wide line in the front straight with a lap remaining.

Race 6 - JOHN BALLIN PACE  1850M

Faireachdainn (Nathan Dawson) Gate speed to lead.

Ima Beach Babe (Pete McMullen) Gate speed early.

Altana Blue (Dannielle Veivers) Worked forward after start to occupy the position outside the leader. Led at bell when Faireachdainn commenced to yield ground.

Whata Roller (Taleah McMullen) Led the three (3) wide line at past the bell lap.

Golden Sand (John Stariha) Worked forward after the start, caught three (3) wide with two (laps remaining.

General:          Driver Lachie Manzelmann (High On Montana) was suspended for twelve (12) days for when shifting wider on the track on the turn out of the back straight on the final occasion causing interference to Pebble Sands (Matt Elkins) which broke gait losing all competitive chance (AHRR 163(1)c). A post race veterinary examination was conducted on Faireachdainn which after leading yielded ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 35.2 metres. The veterinary report failed to reveal any abnormalities. Connections advised that in their opinion the mare had risen in class in recent months and the tempo was significantly quicker than recent starts. Stewards noted the explanation and advised connections if anything came to light in the immediate future to advise.

Race 7 – HAPPY 98TH KEITH OVERTON PACE           1850M

Maffioso Girl (Matt Elkins) Gate speed to lead. Gave ground over the concluding stages of the event

Artistic Saint (Jordan Topping) Over race in the early and middle stages of the event.

Studleigh Stride (Taleah McMullen) Was back front its correctly allocated position start

Aqua Cruiser (Justin Elkins) Was back front its correctly allotted position start.

Letsplayuni (Leonard Cain) Was unable to secure clear running until near the finish post.

Race 8 - ALAN GODWIN FOR CONCRETING PACE     1850M

Baileys With Legs (Narissa McMullen) Gate speed to lead.

Cheddar Made Beta NZ (Julie Weidemann) Failed to gain clear running in the run to the finish.

Sweet Jasmine (Matt Elkins) Led three (3) wide line with a lap remaining.

Melton Insulted (Taleah McMullen) Raced wide early to lead outside line with a lap and a half remaining.

Race 9 - TAB PACE      1850M

Cc Jones NZ (Angus Garrard) Gate speed to lead. Withstood challenge to maintain lead when Moto Cullen NZ race wide

Rocknroll Da Gama (Hayden Barnes) Failed to secure clear running over the concluding stages.

Delightful Rainbow (Julie Weidemann) Gate speed early then secured trailing position wide two (2) laps remaining.

Motu Cullen NZ (Jonah Hutchinson) Worked forward to lead outside line with two (2) laps remaining.

Moonlight Butcher (Matt Elkins) Was held up at vital stages over the concluding stages.
