Race 1 - TAB LIVE SKY RACING VISION PACE  1780M

Misstrepo (Pete McMullen) Inconvenienced over the concluding stages by the tiring Mister Hart. Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.

Mister Hart (Jordan Topping) Tired over the concluding stages of the event after leading throughout.

Fire And Ice (Justin Elkins) Inconvenienced over the concluding stages of the event held up for clear running by the tiring Philandering Chef.

Lifes Black (Zac Chappenden) Trainer advised the Gelding will be less aggressive at the start and driven with cover in today’s event.

Brian Christopher NZ (Brendan Barnes) Commenced a three wide run leaving the 600 metre point of the race.

Race 2 - STU VALENTINE FOR BLOODSTOCK INSURANCE PACE  1780M

Chump Chop (Pete McMullen) Inclined to hang in throughout the race. Inconvenienced by the tiring Jaggers Swagger.

Jaggers Swagger (Nathan Dawson) Raced three wide over the earlystages of the event working forward to obtain the position outside of the leader before commencing to yield ground finishing in second last position 26 metres from the winner. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding revealed no significant abnormalities. Connections advised the horse has been working well at home and was somewhat disappointed with the performance of the horse in todays event. He felt the horse may be sucking wind through the race and advised he will make the necessary gear changes to the horse for future starts.

Indy Jewel (Grant Dixon) Raced roughly entering the first turn contacting a marker peg.

Specialandiknowit (Brendan Barnes) Raced three wide leaving the 600 metres.

Polka Dot Dance NZ (Ricky Hunt) Raced three wide with cover leaving the 600 metres.

Race 3 - PELICAN WATERS RESORT PACE  2040M

Beefy Benson (Will Rixon) Broke in the early stages of the score up checking Hes Perfectly Ideal NZ resulting in a false start being declared. Connections were advised the colt will be excluded from the barrier draw for future mobile starts.

Missinmemate NZ (Zac Chappenden) Raced in the position outside of the leader and was inclined to over race. 

Adrenaline Rush (Matt Elkins) Jibbed in the early stages of the score up.

Hes Perfectly Ideal NZ (Narissa McMullen) After the initial false start the gelding proved difficult to pull up and was unable to be restrained off the starting gate which resulted in a second false start being declared. The gelding was then subject to a veterinary inspection and was cleared to start.

Race 4 - DRIVER OF THE NIGHT ASHLEIGH DELOSA PACE  2040M

Joey Lincoln NZ (Brendan Barnes) Restrained at the start.

Courageous Sam (Chloe Butler) Inclined to hang out over the concluding stages of the event when placed under pressure.

Mister Woodport (Jordan Topping) Momentarily tightened for racing room rounding the home turn contacting a marker peg.

Ima Chick Magnet (Pete McMullen) Inclined to pull hard due to the steady early pace set by Remember Eve.

The Ragnbone Man (Mathew Neilson) Inclined to race ungenerously through the early stages when the pace steadied.

Race 5 - NORTHGATE COMFORT INN PACE   1780M

Jelignite Jack (Leonard Cain) Inclined to hang out and race roughly entering the first turn.

Perfect Feeling (John Kerr) Unsuccessfully challenged for the lead over the early stages of the event. Then raced in the position outside of the leader before None Grater worked forward to the position. The Gelding then commenced to yield ground over the concluding stages of the event.

Springfield Spirit (Jordan Topping) Raced wide over the early stages before being retrained to a rearward trailing position.

None Grater (Narissa McMullen) Left a one out trailing position working forward to the position outside of the leader.

General

Driver Jordan Topping was reprimanded under AHR 163(1)(c) for contacting a number of marker pegs.

Race 6 - ELDERS WOODFORD PACE  2040M

Moonlight Butcher (Matt Elkins) Utilized the sprint lane in the run to the finish.

Williewa Lightning (Pete McMullen) Broke in the early stages of the score up however was in position at the start. Gave ground over the concluding stages of the event.

Onya Doug (Shane Graham) Inconvenienced when placed in restricted racing room leaving the 400 metre point of the race. Between Bettor Romance who was hanging in and Whostolemypigeon who was attempting to secure clear running to improve.

Bettor Romance (Chloe Butler) The gelding was inclined to hang in throughout the run despite the efforts of the driver, Connections were advised a warning will be placed on the gelding for hanging.

General

Driver Narissa McMullen was reprimanded under AHR 168 (1)(a) for shifting ground abruptly leaving the 400 metre point of the race inconveniencing Onya Doug.

Race 7 - HUSTLER RAPTOR MAIDEN PACE    1780M

Bears Best (Pete McMullen) Broke in the score up checking several runners resulting in a false start being declared. Connections were advised the Gelding will be excluded from the mobile barrier draw for future mobile starts.

Village Smirker (Bradley Forge) Inclined to hang out at various stages of the event.

Magic Nitro (Nathan Dawson) Caught wide over the early stages of the event before working forward to obtain the position outside of the leader. The Filly then commenced to yield ground leaving the 400 metre point finishing into last position beaten in excess of 122 metres. Connections were advised the filly will be required to complete one satisfactory requalifying trial prior to resuming racing.

Furiosa (Matt Crone) Broke in the early stages of the score up.

General

Driver Zac Chappenden was fined the sum of $200 under AHR 156 (3) for utilizing his whip in an unapproved continuous manner.

Race 8 - MEMBERS DRAW WINNER CHANTAL COPELAND PACE  1780M

Champagne Reactor (Angus Garrard) Commenced to yield ground leaving the 400 metre point of the race. Connections were advised a last chance to race competitively will be placed on the mare.

Jilliby Gizmo (Ricky Gordon) Commenced a three wide run leaving the 1200 metre point after being unable to secure a forward racing position leaving the 800 metre point the gelding was restrained to a rearward trailing position.

Race 9 - HYGAIN FEEDS MAIDEN PACE  1780M

Akermanis (Bradley Forge) Checked over the concluding stages when contacting the inside sulky wheel of Cee Sixty Three.

Tonys Secret (Pete McMullen) Hung in leaving the first turn contacting a marker peg. A post race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have bled from the nearside nostril. Connections were advised the Mare will be required to complete one satisfactory trial prior to resuming racing.

Charlie My Boy (Nathan Dawson) Raced greenly throughout the run. Caught wide over the early stages before being restrained to a rearward trailing position.

Mistique (Trent Moffat) Commenced a three wide run leaving the 600 metre point of the race then broke free of interference leaving the 500 metre point. The Gelding will be required to complete two satisfactory consecutive requalifying trials prior to resuming racing.

General

Driver John Ballin was reprimanded under AHR 168 (1)(a) for shifting ground abruptly to obtain clear running inconveniencing Akermanis in the run to the finish.  

Race 10 - BURWOOD STUD 2YO MAIDEN PACE  1780M

True Origins (Nathan Dawson) Inclined to hang in throughout the race.

Five Star Gem (Mathew Neilson) Inclined to hang in and contact a marker peg leaving the hometurn. Connections were advised a warning will be placed on the gelding.
