STEWARDS REPORT

GENERAL

Due to showers all runners were required to have splash sheets and mud guards fitted.

RACE 1 – KLOSTER MITSUBISHI SERVICE PACE – 1609 metres

ALLAMBIE– Pre-race sample was taken.  Post-race sample was taken.

MELS ACE– Pre-race sample was taken.

RACE 2 – TRITON @ KLOSTER MITSUBISHI PACE – 2030 metres

NIFTY STUDLEIGH– Weakened over the concluding stages to be beaten some distance.

IMPERIAL SNAPPER– Weakened over the concluding stages to be beaten some distance.

BOOMER ROCK– Hung out upon entering the home straight for the run to the finish.  A warning was issued. 

FOUR STAR LINCOLN– Pre-race sample was taken.

SAINT CRUSADER– Pre-race sample was taken.  Momentarily hampered prior to entering the home straight for the run to the finish.  Post-race sample was taken.

RACE 3 – PAJERO SPORT @ KLOSTER MITSUBISHI PACE – 1609 metres

ULTIMATE CHANCE– Pre-race sample was taken. 

GERALDTON WAX– Post-race sample was taken.

THE THUG NZ– Pre-race sample was taken.

RACE 4 – ASX @ KLOSTER MITSUBISHI PACE – 1609 metres

QUE SERA– Pre-race sample was taken.  Post-race sample was taken.

GLENN FORD NZ– Pre-race sample was taken.

GENERAL

Following the running of the event Stewards interviewed all drivers that competed to which a number expressed concerns surrounding visibility.  After consultation with the Club the decision was made for the remainder of the program to be abandoned due to poor visibility.
