VALBARANN - over-raced whilst leading the event.

EDWINA EXPRESS - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination as per HRSA Policy for horses that have not raced in the previous 12 months. Broke gait in the score up, a warning was issued.

ON THE CASE - used the sprint lane and was tested to the line.

IM THE MIGHTY JUDD - withdrawn at 11.34am due to a float breakdown en-route to the course (verified).

RACE 2 ‘THE GLOBE’ VENUE STAFF APPRECIATION PACE – 1800MS

BLACKTOP ROCK -contacted its own sulky and over-raced in the middle stages of the event.

PAY ME INTEREST NZ - hung out in the score up and broke gait in the score up, a warning was issued.

STAR WRITER - held up until using the sprint lane and was tested to the line.

RACE 3 MITAVITE STUDGRO PACE – 2230MS

Nil incidents to report.

RACE 4 TAB MAKE A DATE WITH PLAY PACE – 1800MS

NO ULTIMATUMS - raced fiercely in the score up.

BODYLINE - out of position at the start, a warning was issued. Over-raced in the middle stages of the event.

BOAK - held up until near the 250m, then tested to the line.

RACE 5 HOPKINS SADDLERY TROTTERS HANDICAP – 2230SS

DEE - broke gait after the start, a warning was issued.

ARCTIC PEGASUS - galloped out at the start, a warning was issued.

IRENE ROSE - broke gait after the start, a warning was issued.

ORLANDOS GIFT - used the sprint lane and was tested to the line.

SUPER ANGUS - was inconvenienced after the start when avoiding ARCTIC PEGASUS which had galloped out.

MEET MICHAELANGELO - was fractious at the barrier and was afforded its last chance in the draw in stand start events.

RACE 6 BIANCO REINFORCING PACE – 1800MS

LEALA - led then surrendered the lead when challenged by DIDMESELFAMISCHIEF near the 1500m.

SORRENTO - over-raced in the middle stages of the event, shifted out under pressure in the final straight, a warning was issued.

RACE 7 TAB LIVE SKY RACING VISION PACE – 1800MS

A late change of driver was approved for ALWYNE FRANCO Tiana McMahon replaced Greg Rogers due to G. Rogers being indisposed.

ALWYNE FRANCO - raced roughly near the 400m, a warning was issued. Trainer P Borelli was reprimanded under Rule 273(2)(b) for insecure gear due to the breastplate becoming undone during the event.

CELESTIAL ZODIAC - raced roughly and greenly in the score up inconveniencing BILLY ROCKS, a warning was issued. Driver Shane Loone was reprimanded under Rule 168(1)(a) for lack of control when activating gear near the 180m.

BILLY ROCKS - inconvenienced in the score up and out of position at the start, no action was taken due to the circumstances. Hung in at various stages of the event, a warning was issued.

SOHO NADEL - gave ground over the final 500m, a warning was issued.

MAJOR WEST - over-raced in the middle stages of the event, was held up until using the sprint lane and was tested to the line. Driver David Smith was reprimanded under Rule 168(1)(a) for lack of control when activating gear near the 150m resulting in him contacting marker pegs.

RACE 8 CAREER EMPLOYMENT GROUP PACE – 1800MS

A late change of driver was approved for KAHINA, Dean Girardi replaced David Smith due to D. Smith being indisposed.

GIFTEDFROMTHEHEART - out of position at the start, a warning was issued. Raced roughly after the start, a warning was issued. Held up until near the 150m then tested to the line.

ROCKSTAR DIVA - raced roughly after the start and will continue to be drawn wide in mobile start events. Was held up until using the sprint lane, then tested to the line.

LILYSHELAINE - held up until near the 100m, then tested to the line.

ILLAWONG KIM - over-raced in the middle stages of the event.

SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

GLOBE DERBY PARK – Monday 4 July 2022 – Race 7 – TAB LIVE SKY RACING VISION PACE – 1800MS

Stable representative Ms K Lobb reported that subsequent to the event the stable had found nothing amiss with GEORGIE MAE, the horse has continued to work well, and the stable intends to continue with the racing preparation of GEORGIE MAE.

GENERAL

Several drivers were advised they would need to further modify their whip use to ensure they fully conform with the current whip rules.
