Race 1 - PELICAN WATERS RESORT BAND 4 - BAND 2 PACE 2138M
Kash Us Back (Gemma Hewitt) slow to muster speed at the start. Failed to run on after racing with cover throughout and finished in last position beaten 34 metres. Stewards directed a veterinary examination be carried out on the gelding which revealed no significant findings. Driver Gemma Hewitt advised Stewards the gelding raced very keenly in the early stages of the race and may have partially choked off which may have contributed to the disappointing performance.
Key Largo (Angus Garrard) caught wide in the early stages before working forward to obtain the position outside the leader.
Race 2 – GARRARDS UP TO NR70 FINAL 1660M
Hy Voltage (Angus Garrard) declared a late scratching at 5:58 PM after a prerace veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be lame in the near hind. All bets placed on Hi Voltage were directed to be refunded in full. Stewards adopted the Veterinary Surgeon’s recommendation that Hy Voltage not be permitted to race until a veterinary clearance is provided from Connections.
Race 3 - THE CREEK MEMBERS BONUS BAND 5 PACE 2138M
Soextra (Chloe Butler) pulled hard throughout the race when positioned outside the leader.
Bettor Jiggle (Lachie Manzelmann) broke in the early stages of the score up and was in position at the start after being exerted by its driver. After considering previous offences in this regard connections were advised Bettor Jiggle will be excluded from the barrier draw in future mobile starts.
Race 4 - AQWA CONSTRUCTIONS QUALIFYING PACE 1660M
Camroller (Trent Moffat) broke in the early stages of the score up but was in position when the start was affected and a warning was issued. Near side sulky wheel contacted by Speak With Sam approaching the 1400 metres when the pace in the one wide line eased. Camroller was retired from the race at the 1600 metres when the near side tyre tube fouled the wheel.
Whataboyjack (Angus Garrard) hung in at the 1200 metres and contacted a marker peg.
Speak With Sam (Lachie Manzelmann) contacted a marker peg at the 400 metres when racing tight to the inside of Isolation.
General
Stewards reviewed an incident which occurred approaching the 1400 metres in which the near side sulky wheel of Camroller was contacted and subsequently deflated approaching the 600 metres resulting in the gelding being retired from the race. It was established the pace in the one wide line had eased and Speak With Sam which was trailing Camroller was racing keenly at this point which resulted in the contact to the sulky wheel. Stewards noted this as a racing incident and no further action was taken.
Race 5 – OUR WHITE KNIGHT BRETT CARGILL UP TO NR70 CONSOLATION 1660M
Itz Cherokee Jack NZ (Hayden Barnes) raced roughly approaching the 500 metres and galloped free of interference at the 300 metres losing all chance. After considering a good record in this regard, Stewards advised connections that Itz Cherokee Jack NZ will be placed on its last chance to race truly.
General
Nathan Dawson (Saving Major Percy) was fined $200 under AHR rule 156 (2 (a) for engaging the elbow and shoulder when applying the whip in the concluding stages.
Race 6 - CHANGEOVER @ BURWOOD STUD MIGHTY MARES QUALIFYING PACE 1660M
A Whole Lotta Rosie NZ (Grant Dixon) raced wide for the first 600 metres before working forward to obtain the position outside the leader.
Race 7 – BONUS BONANZA SATURDAY OPEN PACE 2138M
Lilac Flash NZ (Darren Weeks) hung in and lost momentum leaving the 500 metres.
Race 8 - MARBURG TO ALBION PARK FINAL 1660M
Sista Bliss NZ (Shane Graham) hung in throughout the race and contacted a number of marker pegs. The mare continued to hang in and shifted into the sprint lane momentarily before being corrected by its driver. A warning was issued, and Connections advised Stewards they would be making corrective gear changes before nominating the mare to race again.

No racing incidents.

No racing incidents.
Race 11- PSP BONUS TROTTERS MOBILE 2138M
Ymbro Wasted (Grant Dixon) broke after the start was affected and will be excluded from the draw in future mobile starts.
