Fitzpatrick fires up for five at Menangle

Fresh from a metropolitan double, trainer-driver Blake Fitzpatrick returns to Menangle today. 

The Cawdor horseman had four starters at Menangle last Saturday night with all runners finishing in the top three placings. 

Fitzpatrick’s winners were Wow Hes A Rockstar and trotter Caligula and the results pushed Fitzpatrick’s total driving wins to 2103. 

Fitzpatrick has five drives across today’s program starting with his trotter Florencita before driving pacer Sheza Rose in race two. 

Fitzpatrick will then take the reins for trainer Trevor Munday in the following race to drive Leotardandlace before jumping back in the sulky to drive his own pacers Kowhai Blaze and Starzzz Reign in the last two races. 

Meanwhile, heats of the Breeders Challenge Regional series will take place at Riverina Paceway tonight.
